ACCOMMODATION
This lovely two bedroom ground floor apartment is situated within a few minutes walk of Cabo Roig's restaurants and bars and is only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Cabo Roig beach.
The comfortable open plan lounge diner has everything you need to relax and watch a little English T.V. or take advantage of the free Wi-Fi provided. The front terrace catches the evening sun and is just right for drinks before dinner. The rear garden is an ideal place to breakfast or dine alfresco during the summer evenings.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second has twin beds which can be made into a double if required. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, large fitted wardrobes and drawer space.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need should you wish to cook in.
To the rear of this is a small laundry area leading to the garden.
The gated communal pool is within a minute of the apartment.
There are many lovely breaches in the area with good facilities such as bars, sun loungers and toilets. Some have pedalos and inflatables for hire.
There are many golf courses in the area, the closest being Las Ramblas and Real De Campoamor, not much further away you will find Campo de Golf Villamartin, Las Colinas and La Finca which are all a short drive away. Why not take the hastle of brining your own golf clubs and just use on the of the local hire companies. Online tee times are available to enable you to plan your activities before you set off on your holiday.
Cabo Roig Beach is approximately a 10 minute walk away where you will find a beach bar, sun loungers and toilets. Most of the beaches have good facilities so try them all and find the best one for you. At Mil Palmeras they have inflatables in the sea.

Good location, quiet area, good size communal swimming pool, 5 min walk bars and restaurants 10-15 to the beach. Not the luxury but you get what you pay. We would come back.

Lovely stay in quiet neighborhood
We had a lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood with pool that was clean. Plenty of outdoor seating for eating outside or playing lots of games of Uno. Really friendly neighbours with great suggestions of where to go. The booking, check in process extremely smooth huge thanks to Sharon, Conor & all the team. Air conditioning was great, and availability of extra items such as sun loungers was fantastic. TV was great for an evening movie as it had lots of channels & netflix.
Really recommend this property as you are in a nice quiet friendly neighborhood but only a stone's throw from the cabo roig strip for entertainment.
Highly recommend the Havana bar for a few quiet drinks with bingo & quizzes on each week.

A great holiday
We had a great time ,The apartment was great and in a quiet location, a lovely pool , and not far from the strip to the bars, restuarants and the beach . Definitely would recommend to stay here . house equipped with everything, couldnt ask for more. The communication between the owners and us was very good.

Don't understand what 'Give your review a short title means' so read on for my review
Dated property furniture and fittings. Location is similar to a congested housing estate. I would imagine in peak season would be pretty busy. And since property has adjoining ones both sides and over the top could be noisy. Barking dogs. Communal pool small. Sorry - But not for us (man and wife 67 years old). Maybe for a younger family with a couple of kids.

A lovely apartment in a equally lovely location to stay.
The apartment is well equipped and very clean and the caretaker of the property Sharon Person was very helpful in insuring we had a great stay.
It was a lovely holiday for me and my family.
I would return to stay again in the future.
