Location... Awesome. However, the Spaces were not clean. Dirt, Dust, Pet Hair, etc. Someone had used one of the toilets before we arrived. They didn't flush... There were roach-like bugs that grossed us out. A breaker "threw" twice which says "electrical issues". No Gas in the fire pit on the deck!
