Beautiful View

Chantal and Christian were great hosts. Christian met us upon arrival and helped us with our luggage again on check out. This was important because parking is a distance from the unit and has a significant incline. It is a studio unit with a direct view of the beach (no units in front of it). The beach is cleaned almost daily by a tractor. It was amazing how much seaweed collected but, the beach was always in good shape. The unit had a nice big pool. It would have been nice to have a Restroom close to the pool, instead of having to go back to your room. Christian was very helpful recommending restaurants when we arrived. Thank you Chantal and Christian for a wonderful vacation.

Best host ever

Christian is an awesome host. He was in contact with us to direct us to our lodging. He met us on arrival and carried our luggage to our unit. He responded quickly to minor questions throughout the week and even came on our departure to help with luggage. We had a great view of the beach which was only a short walk away. We were very happy with our total experience.

Wonderful!

We had an amazing time at this condo. The view in the photos doesn’t do it justice. If you want privacy, the beach between Mont Vernon and Orient Village is outstanding. If you want chairs at a beach bar in Orient Village, it’s a short and beautiful walk. The local pizza in Mont Vernon is great, and quite inexpensive. The French restaurants in Orient Village are truly outstanding!I cannot say enough good about the outstanding communication with Christian and Chantal - from the moment we reserved the property until the day we left. They are just wonderful people!

Awesome location

Beautiful view of the ocean, pool and beach. View as better than described in the listing. Property was clean and as listed. Access to the beach and pool was convenient - just a short walk. Christian and Chantal were great hosts. They did a very good job with the arrival communication and orientation of property. Very responsive to our limited inquiries. The community pool had completed upgrades and was very nice. It would be nice if the community pool would add toilets and a concession stand. There was a small grocery store on site that provided access to most needs. We shopped at the Super U for our primary groceries. The kitchen portion of the condo was small, but convenient for preparing breakfast and lunches (and occasional dinners). Definitely recommend to have a rental car. Many nice restaurants in the area (Grand Case, Orient Village and Mont Vernon). The property is at the north end of Orient Beach. The north end is less populated and the hosts provided lightweight chairs we could use at the beach. There are many businesses down the beach that provide chair rentals, food and beverages on the beach. Recommend Orange Fever for chair rentals. We stayed for a month and enjoyed every day. Recommend this condo and hosts.

Hosts are very attentive. Location is very busy with parking at times being very long walk up steep drive. The feel of the place outdated, very little storage for cloths as dresser either has host material in it or screwed shut. The bathroom has no ventilation and as such no air flow in room unless you open front door. So sleep can be hot even with air condition. 9 Stay, no change of towels or bedding without charge, 1 garbage bag for entire stay.

Paradise Vacation

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks. The view is beautiful, great location! Loved walking on the beach every morning. Studio is clean and well equipped. Pool is newly renovated. 10 minute walk to Orient Bay restaurants. Close to everything, grocery store is 5 min away with all of the French food and wine you can imagine! Hated to leave. my wife and i came to St Martin for the first time. We'll be back without question and hopefully able to book again with Christian and Chantal. Ideally located with spectacular view of Orient Beach. Perfect setting

The unit was perfect size and would be for a couple also. View from patio just beautiful with zero obstructions. Easy walking distance down the beach where you’ll find options for sunbathing, water sporting, an adult beverage if you desire with also some wonderful restaurants and some shopping. Getting to other places on the island by car can take some time depending on time of day but this is an island not a major city with highways abound. Enjoying the process is half the fun !

What a View

Awesome unit situated on a hill overlooking orient bay. Views are unreal. Hosts are the nicest people you could ever ask for. Checked in regularly. Made sure all avenues were covered. No issues no problem. Such a beautiful friendly island. Locals are beyond helpful and nice. Can’t wait to go back.

St. Martin Gem

We had a wonderful stay in St. Martin thanks to our gracious hosts Christian and Chantal! They were always available to answer questions and make recommendations. They even went out of their way to sort out a canceled boat tour we were dealing with. The room was very comfortable and well-stocked and had a lovely view of the beach and pools. The resort itself was quiet yet within walking distance of the more lively atmosphere of Orient Beach with its' many restaurants and beach bars. It is a lovely destination and we hope to return in the future.

Great getaway on the beach

The view from the balcony was the best feature. Walk on the beach was second. Save and clean efficiency condo in a nice area. Down-side was you needed a car to get to most restaurants.

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Hosts

The property looks exactly like the pictures and the views are amazing. The unit is clean and modern and the property was right on the beach and very safe. The hosts are very nice and respond very quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Beauty AND hospitality!

The property is lovely, and as advertised, our unit had a fantastic ocean view. The beauty was surpassed only by Christian and Chantal's hospitality and friendliness. Christian was readily available through WhatsApp, and when I texted him about a minor problem (the microwave stopped working), he responded immediately. I cannot recommend Christian and Chantal and their lovely property highly enough!

The condo was just as seen in photos. Views were unbelievable. The hosts, Christian and Chantal, were great. Christian really went out of his way to help us. The complex is hilly, so not the best for anyone with mobility issues, but it certainly is beautiful.

Common water outages

Although many things were discussed with us upon arrival, including where the electric panel was located, nothing was mentioned about possible electric outages, which occurred once, nor water stoppages, which occurred on weekdays. Wondering why jugs of water were stored under the bathroom sink soon became the only way to flush the toilet when no water was running. I certainly cannot blame the owners for the outages, but a little head’s up would have helped. The view was spectacular, but the entire complex had an abandoned feeling, and the construction on the pool was ongoing on weekdays.
