This superb duplex, located on a floor with a cathedral ceiling, not only offers you all the comfort you need, but also a magnificent view of the sea. Imagine having your breakfast while admiring the sunrise and listening to the gentle sound of the waves.

Facing the beach of Orient Bay, this apartment consists of a kitchen open to the dining room and living room. You will have a first bedroom with a king size bed (200x200) and direct access to the terrace, as well as a large bathroom. Upstairs you will find a beautiful bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200).

This accommodation is perfect for a couple, offering privacy and comfort. Please note that the upstairs bedroom overlooks the downstairs bedroom, which may not be ideal for two couples.

During your stay, you will have access to the huge share swimming pool of the residence (open all year from 8am to 6pm), composed of 3 pools, which faces the beach of Orient Bay. Make the most of your vacation by relaxing by the shared pool and bathing in the crystal clear waters.
You also have access to the non-nominative car park of the residence to park your rental car.

Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed with little attentions to make your stay even more pleasant.

Cleaning and linen are included in the stay.
Additional cleaning on request can be scheduled at an additional cost as well as the rental of cots

Please note that you are on a small island where infrastructure may differ from that of a mainland. It is possible that the water and electricity distribution networks may experience temporary malfunctions. The distribution companies are making every effort to quickly restore these possible cuts.

It is important to note that the water distributed comes from a desalination plant which depends on electricity to operate. We decline all responsibility for any inconvenience related to these situations beyond our control.
