We were very pleased with our stay. The property was clean, well organized and had everything we needed for a few of my adult siblings and I to stay together as we gathered for a funeral. Property managers communicated well, they were very accommodating. No complaints, would definitely recommend.

We chose this property partly because the family lives above the unit, so didn’t have to deal with noisy renters above us. It’s in a lovely, established family neighborhood, and the hosts are wonderful, caring, and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

First off, the finishes (countertops, floors, wall tiles) in this little apartment are amazing. Very well done! We felt right at home in this quiet little apartment. We tend to be homebodies so we were in the apartment quite a bit. It felt very private and comfortable. The apartment is simple--not a lot of frills like game rooms and pools--but exactly what one would need. It was perfect. We especially loved having the full-size washer and dryer. The hosts even provided the laundry pods and dryer sheets. We could tell the hosts put love into this place. If the hosts had other BNBs, we would stay at them. We don't have any complaints!

Clean and quiet

The photos captured the property well. The place was very clean. The kitchen had a good variety of utensils, pots & pans, etc. (though not an enormous amount). The property is very quiet and the space very cozy. Two things to be aware of: (1) The listing indicates "step-free access" which IS true, but you need to navigate down a path in the yard and then down the sloped backyard. If mobility is an issue, you'll want to be aware of this. (2) There isn't a living room or common space. While this wasn't a problem when I stayed by myself, the space wouldn't have been as good for my family.
