Great location to events at UVCC

Great location if you have kids participating in events at UVCC. The property was clean and the beds were nice. We will definitely be back next time we are in Orem.

Great host and central location

We had easy access to all things Provo and the host was super helpful, attentive and responsive, especially as we needed to extend our stay. The kitchen cupboards showed a little wear and tearI but overall it was a positive experience.

The area was ideal for our trip. Very convenient. We had more than enough room for 2 of us, but wanted access to a kitchen with washer/dryer. VRBO app platform is terrible. No instructions for check in or check out without a chat message. Requested a late checkout with no response from the host on text or email. Glad we didn’t have any emergencies that needed attention. The rooms are very bright in the morning with no heavy curtains to block the sun. The nearby train made me wonder about an earthquake when it woke me up in bed the first night. The kitchen was well stocked. Laundry soap was available. Plenty of extra towels, but only a few washcloths, but we were able to wash them during our stay. Overall, it was good stay for our needs.

It was a good place for us. Not too hard to find and pretty comfortable and very clean. It had a well-stocked kitchen and laundry. The only drawback was that my husband cannot sleep on a memory foam bed it hurts his back and all of the mattresses were memory foam, and the bed frames were quite squeaky in all of the rooms.
