Awesome home in Crkvice with house sea view

On the large natural plot on the hill, which stretches to the sea, is this rustic stone house. It was completely rebuilt and renovated in 2004. It has only solar power, which limits the use of electrical appliances. However, there is a connection to the mobile network here. The whole property has a few small terraces. Attic with minimum ceiling height of 10 cm. Below the house, a footpath lined with bushes leads to the sea, where you can swim. The last 300 m of the driveway is unpaved and uneven. Kayak for one person and a professional telescope available.

Wer hier das all inclusive Luxuspaket erwartet ist hier falsch.

Wer hier das all inclusive Luxuspaket erwartet ist hier falsch. Wer aber die absolute Ruhe abseits der Touristenhotspots sucht ist hier genau richtig.Das Haus liegt abgelegen auf einem Traumhaften Grundstück mit einem 250m langen Pfad durch pure Natur zum Wasser.Der Zugang zum Wasser ist privat und es ist keine Menschenseele in irgendeine Richtung zu sehen.Ein Paddelboard empfiehlt sich, damit können einsame Buchten Nordwestlich des Wasserzugangs erkundet werden.Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich.Zunächst durch steile Serpentinen und die letzten 300m auf Schotter. Mit einem normalen Kombi aber durchaus machbar.Das Haus ist eher einfach eingerichtet, ein Kühlschrank ist vorhanden, Kochen und Warmwasser erfolgt mittels Gas.Das Haus teilt man sich mit einigen Geckos, diese kümmern wich allerdings zuverlässig um die Insekten.Mit Strom muss sparsam umgegangen werden, da dieser mittels Solar erzeugt und in einer Batterie zwischengespeichert wird.230V ist allerdings vorhanden.Mit Taschenlampen ist man gut beraten, das Haus ist recht Dunkel und die Lampen teils recht schwach.Alles in allem eine ganz klare Empfehlung!!!

Amazing - just what we wanted

This house is just as good as it looks in the photos. Perfect quiet location for us to escape everything. Roko is a kind and excellent host, who makes fantastic wine. We will return, it could not have been better for a peaceful getaway.
