Good location and nice little place to stay. The on-street parking was handy and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient to restaurants, shopping and Disneyland. However, the place was not very clean. When we checked in, the bathroom was dirty—I had to sanitize and wipe down the bathroom sink, counter and toilet and there was a large amount of hair in the shower drain that I had to remove. The bed sheets were dirty as well. Quite a bit of human hair and what looked like dog hair. I had to wash the sheets and blankets before I felt comfortable sleeping in them. Also, all fixtures in the place were dusty—lamps, nightstands, dressers, corners of floors. Overall, it just needed a thorough deep clean. There were no wash cloths in the bathroom. When I asked Anthony for some, he replied there weren’t any but there were paper towels in the kitchen. Hard to use paper towels for your shower. So we had to find a Wal Mart and purchase our own. Not ideal while on your vacation. Anthony’s communication was fair. I had to ask for check in instructions the day of our arrival. And prior to checkout, I messaged him to ask for any check out instructions and he never replied. So we just had to guess about what to do with trash, bedding, dish, towels, etc. So while the actual property is nice enough, I wouldn’t ever choose to stay here again.
