This condo is fantastic. The views alone made the stay worth it… We have stayed at Turquoise Place several times and it never disappoints.. The condo is spacious and beautiful.

This condo was above and beyond anything we have ever stayed in. The host was excellent, she had to be the most accommodating host ever. 100/10

Condo was dirty when we arrived. Maintenance people was in and out of the condo every day. The TVs did not work on the first day. The hot tub in the master bathroom never worked the whole stay. The place needs a lot of TLC. There was also loose tiles on the balcony that was unsafe for kids. The view was the only thing positive about the stay. Our family was very disappointed!

This place is very nice. Our only complaint was that some of the appliances didn’t work and they didn’t provide towels like the description.

Mardi Gras 2023 Stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The views are spectacular. Plenty of room for everyone! All you could need to make the stay memorable and comfortable. We can't wait to go back!

Best view in Orange Beach

Loved this condo! The design is so cool with odd shaped and curved rooms. Some of the furniture is a little worn but typical of a beach condo. The view is truly the very best you will find in Orange Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick Getaway

The condo and grounds were beautiful. Had the most amazing views. Our only disappoint was not being able to use the hot tub, some of the family were really looking forward to that. We would definitely stay there again!

Memorial Day friends vaca

Large space was great times with friends and kids - everything we needed and more - really met all of our expectations. More outdoor seating would be nice but just a suggestion.

Third year at the Turquoise and best!

Third year at the Turquoise and we loved the 4 bedroom condo and the view was awesome on the 27th floor.

Stay at Turquoise

We enjoyed our stay at Turquoise Place. As other reviewers have mentioned, furniture is not as photographed and looks a little tired. Other than that it was a great stay, great view. We love Turquoise Place!!

Beautiful and big! Perfect location with great parking. Wonderful for families. The owner was so nice. Glasses and iron were missing but probably due to previous guests!!! Ice drawer was great to have. The beds were all comfortable. We love Turquoise Place!!!

Turquoise is so nice and condo has so much room! Great place to stay!

The condo is so roomy. The closets are almost as big as br's! Great for large group w tons of counter space and porches are massive! This unit has view of beach and bay and bridge to Perdido, which actually a great view more so than the beach we thought. Hot tub was amazing and overall, just a great experience. To have a bar and food and pool, is just a great bonus too. I would stay here again for sure!

Family Vacation to Orange Beach

The location is wonderful. The condo could use some maintenance. The mattresses were saggy or lumpy; grill did not work without utilizing a lighter to light it (igniter button for gas grill was broken). The unit itself is beautiful with amazing views but some updating and general maintenance in several areas would make it spectacular.

Girls trip

My girlfriends and I came to Orange Beach to stay. We found this condo and fell in love with it. I called the owner to see if we could get an early checkin and she informed me the hot tubs were shut down due to a bacteria found in them and offered me a full refund. We ended up staying anyways and we were so happy we did. The condo was gorgeous and the views were even better. We were all very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful getaway

Our family had a wonderful time at Turquoise Place last week. The weather was wonderful, all had a good time. Disappointing things - Only one parking pass. Very inconvenient for our large family quality of small appliances has deteriorated over the years we've stayed at TP Towels were low quality and not enough of them no Hot Tub on the terrace

Overall good stay

The size of this unit and views are incredible and sure makeup for the issues. We had 2 broken chairs on the patio when we checked in, very little cookware and hardly any silverware to use for the size of the unit, it was not cleaned very well so we had to do some deep cleaning the firs night, no iron. Just an ironing board. Beds were pretty comfortable, and we didn’t let the negative overshadow this great unit! Our family had a wonderful vacation! We love turquoise place so much!

The views from this condo are amazing and the unit itself is beautiful and the amenities of Turquoise Place are excellent. I would give this place a five star rating but there were multiple oddities in our experience:There were a shortage of utensils: When serving up the meal for nine, we discovered there were only six forks, and two steak knives in the entire place. For a unit with eight bedrooms, a head count similar to ours would be typical so just a heads up.Only the right side of the grill was operating with no flame nor grates for the left side. That too created an issue, tryin to cook nine steaks on one side of the grill.There was only one small skillet. While soap was provided, it was a circular shaped bar the size of a quarter, two per room. Barely enough to wash your hands let alone your body so bring your own.One roll of single ply toilet paper so any stay beyond a couple of days, bring your own.I received an email the day before we arrived indicating there was an extra charge for any parking beyond the first space and there charge was extra if paid within the 48 hours prior to booking. Given I was only given 24 hours notice of this charge, I found this odd. When sent the payment link to pay the 50, the link kept indicating a payment due of 475.20. It took three separate communication to the manager to get this resolved and this was on the morning of our departure to the beachSo most of the oddities appear management company related vs owner

Overall great stay! The condo was not cleaned as well as we thought. Socks under the beds, empty cans behind the hot tub and in the master bedroom. The jacuzzi in the master bathroom did not work at all. Things in the condo need to be updated. The leather chairs around the table were not comfortable due to the leather getting older. Overall the stay was great but there are some things that need to improve before we return to this particular one.

AMAZING VIEWS

First off, communication with owner was A+. If she was unavailable, the answering service was quick to answer; not that we had any issues. The views were amazing! The floor space was perfect for our group. We all slept great, ate well, and got plenty of sun! We can't wait until next year to try out the new amenities they were in the process of constructing. And no, we never heard the noise unless we were outside. I certainly would recomend this unit to anyone with a large group!
