Hermosa unidad de 3 dormitorios y 4 baños frente al golfo en el desarrollo más nuevo a lo largo de la costa del golfo de Alabama. La suite principal cuenta con una cama King, TV de pantalla plana de 56 pulgadas y un baño privado, que incluye una bañera de hidromasaje y una gran ducha con doble cabezal de ducha. Beach view was beautiful! Facility and amenities are top notch and well worth the money to accommodate our large family. We all absolutely loved almost everything about our trip. If I had to say anything negative, it's that we did have a tough time getting on the elevators. We had several 30 minute waits to get on and off. I would also recommend that they provide one extra set of sheets or a blanket. We needed an extra set for one of our kids that stayed on the couch and were told they would be delivered. They were not ever delivered so that was kind of a bummer. He used a beach towel. But overall, we had a great stay. The actual rooms, kitchen, and supplies were good. Pools are great and loved the new restaurant addition.

Great stay! Perfect location & very clean. Was missing a lot of supplies, so bring EVERYTHING as far as toiletries and kitchen tools, but overall great stay.

Beautiful. Looks just like the pictures. Comfortable for the 9 of us.

Beautiful well maintained property. Very family friendly. Grandkids loved the lazy river. Only downside be prepared at peak times to wait up to 15 minutes for an elevator.

Fun place to stay

Check in was so easy . Room was ready hours before check in time . Fun place to stay on the beach with slides and pool lazy river . Also indoor pool with hot tubs. Only complaint , dryer in room took a long time to dry towels and at night lazy river had some trash floating around. Snack bags, ziplocks, bandaids.

Excellent Condo

This was a great condo for the 11 of us. Loved being so close to the beach and the amazing views. The amenities this condo offers were great. We had an issue with the dishwasher when we checked it, but it was quickly addressed and we were delivered a new one just two days after we called. As some of the other reviews have stated, the elevator situation wasn't the best on Saturday at check-in, but we didn't have any trouble after that first day. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

Beautiful views

We loved the condo. The views are spectacular. We rented during peak season. There are not enough elevators to accommodate the building and long lines to get on at the lower floors. Also, with that many guests, cell service is terrible even with wifi. I would definitely return, but not during peak season.

Great Condo!

This condo is clean, well stocked and convenient to the beach. The only negative comment I have to make is that the elevator situation at this property below acceptable. It can take hours to get up and down from the 30th floor. This issue needs to be addressed by the property because it can ruin a vacation.

Busy place

Condo was extremely nice. There was a lot of burnt out light bulbs that we had to replace, but I'm sure the owner would have done had we contacted them. Plenty of room and well decorated. The location itself had a few downfalls. There are only about 8 elevators to service 32 floors and the wait time can be 30 minutes plus on check in check out days and when it starts raining. The beach service that you have the option for paying for does not have beach front access so people are allowed to set up tents in front of you blocking the beach view.

Everything was great and had all the amenities, however, it would be nice to know that the air conditioning shouldn’t be turned below 70 degrees and it doesn’t cool fully unless the condo next door has their AC turned down. Serviceman had to come twice before it worked properly. One of the dining room chairs was broken upon arrival. One of the sheets had blood and bubble gum on it upon arrival. Dish network didn’t work in bedroom TV’s. Maybe have different color bands for the 21 and over pool area. My 23 year old daughter and friends were asked 5 times in one day with the same bartender to see their ID. All bedroom fans were unadjustable and stuck in one setting.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious. The elevators had a lot of traffic, and it would take a long time to go up and down the floors. There needs to be more elevators available. Also, we had to pay for 2 parking passes on top of what we had already paid for the condo. They only allowed 2 parking passes, but we had 3 vehicles. When you stay in a condo that allows up to 15 people, you would think they’d allow more than 2 parking passes.

Terrible condo, no customer service from the lister

Condo was way too small, condo complex was over crowded with people. Maintenance came out for 5 beds being broken. 4 of the 5 needed new head boards, owners did nothing! Left a day early we were so disappointed, listing agent would not discount the rate after kids had to sleep on air mattress that I had to go buy because beds were broken. I will never ever lease again from VRBO or Liquid Life. Biggest waste of money for the week.

Beautiful Condo, Awful Property Managing

This condo was absolutely gorgeous, we had an amazing weekend stay! However, the property manager for this condo (Liquid Life Rentals) was absolutely unprofessional, inconvenient, and horrible. When you call, they barely answered the phone and are extremely unhelpful. They contacted me the Tuesday before our arrival day (Thursday) and offered me the chance to come early on Wednesday for an extra day. I emailed them back and said yes, we would love to come one day early! However, I was given no response until Wednesday NIGHT at 7:00 pm and phones were not answered when I called during the day to confirm. I called Thursday morning (arrival day) to ask about parking, they actually answered their phones and also let me know that the room would be ready early so we could check in early! (Which would make sense, seeing as it was supposedly ready to rent on Wednesday). My family and I left LA early so we could check in earlier than the original 3:00 Pm check-in time. However, I never received a text or email to check in early/get access to the condo door code. I called numerous times, no answer. I finally got someone to answer the phone at around 2:30 after calling multiple times and after waiting around Orange Beach for hours. They assured me that I could check in at 3:00 pm instead. Once my family and I arrived at Phoenix West II at 3:00 pm, no text or email for arrival instructions. 4:00 pm rolls around, and still no instructions nor anyone answering my phone calls when I called the company. After calling for an hour and a half, they answer and inform us that the cleaning crew are still cleaning the room. At this point, we are at Phoenix and are standing waiting in front of our room number. We informed them that the window blinds were open and no one was in the condo. They insisted that cleaning crew were still working. After back and forth conversation with them on the phone every 30 minutes, they continued to insist that cleaning crew was still in the condo. At 6:30 pm (3 and a half hours after supposed check-in time), they finally gave us the code. Was anyone in the condo? No. This property management made my family and I sit outside the condo doors for 3.5 hours before letting us into an empty condo. They never apologized for the huge inconvenience. I will never be renting from Liquid Life Vacation rentals again. I feel bad for the owners that use this company, they should look into switching property management. Awful company!
