The bright primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a large dresser and closet for storing your belongings so you can feel right at home. The private ensuite bathroom features a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower.



The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids! There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room to accommodate additional guests.



The second full bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination so you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower after a day at the beach. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.

Our beautiful beach retreat features two private decks, one at the front and one to the rear of the property. Both are fully sheltered from the elements and they’re the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail.



Our stunning outdoor space features a lovely private pool that’s yours to use for the duration of your stay! Cool off with a dip in the pool, or relax on the sun loungers with a good book. It’s the perfect spot to relax.



You’ll also find a BBQ grill that’s ideal for quickly grilling up your favorite foods – burgers, veggies, and hot dogs will be ready in no time! Enjoy from the shade of the carport or next to the pool.



This beach house is ideally located for easy beach days! Enjoy private access to the beach – it’s just a 3-minute walk to hit the sand! So grab some blankets, a beach umbrella, and your swimwear, and enjoy the beautiful white sands of Orange Beach!



For those who want to explore further afield, you’ll be a short drive away from Zeke’s Marina where you can enjoy good food and charter a cruise. The brand-new Tropic Falls indoor water park and world-famous Flora-Bama Lounge are also just a short distance away.

Guest Access:

Not only will our guests have full access to the entire house, but they’ll also enjoy exclusive use of the private pool. This home has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation in the sun, including a full kitchen, comfy lounge, spacious bedrooms, laundry facilities, and easy beach access. Free, high-speed wifi makes this a great place to stay even if you need to do some work during your stay.



For larger parties, we also have a sister property right next door. Please get in touch and let us know your needs and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. There is free parking available for three vehicles in the driveway and free street parking nearby.



The Neighborhood:

You will be located right across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with deeded beach access making it a quick walk. Orange Beach is famous for beautiful beaches, fresh seafood, and relaxing atmosphere



Getting Around:

I highly encourage using ride share services like Uber or Lyft.



Other Things to Note:

We respectfully remind you that our home is not a hotel. If any problems do arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but please note that there is no one living on-site 24/7.



Beach Access:

We recommend that guests use the crosswalk on Perdido Beach Blvd to access the beach across the street. This is the safest way across and is located approximately 300 feet east of the unit.



Location:

Our beach retreat is located right on the main strip of Orange Beach, Perdido Beach Blvd, so you’ll benefit from access to the beach and some amazing restaurants and bars, all year round. Please note that Perdido Beach Blvd can get extremely busy, especially during the holidays and peak season.



Pool:

Our pool team services the pool regularly. We do our best to avoid interruptions to your vacation time, but if our friendly maintenance team arrives, please do allow them to quickly service the pool. They’ll be on their way again before you know it!



Pets:

Please note that we have a strict no-pets policy.



Security Camera:

Please note that we have an exterior security camera that monitors access to the front and back door. The camera is monitored and recorded 24/7 so that we can verify compliance with our rental policies. Rest assured that there are no cameras indoors, nor do any of the cameras have views of the interior of the house.

I am here for you for the duration of your stay, but our level of interaction is totally up to you. I am only a quick message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
