This condo is located on the Gulf of Mexico just West of the Perdido Pass Bridge. It has the best views of the Gulf of Mexico! This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, living area, and a balcony with gorgeous views.

Great restaurants, fishing, and shopping are very close. This is a family friendly property. There are many amenities on the property. Gulf front outdoor charcoal grill and gazebo covering a table with seating, large indoor heated pool, indoor hot tubs, sauna, indoor fitness center, and a great lobby with multiple tables, chairs, sitting areas, television, coffee area and all with a Gulf front view!

The master bedroom has a KING SIZE BED in it along with a flat screen television and an attached master bathroom with an remodeled shower. The 2nd bedroom has TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS along with a flat screen television and an attached bathroom with combination bathtub and shower. The living room features a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. The unit as been updated with wood plank flooring throughout and a remodeled is fully equipped kitchen. The unit also has a full sized washer and dryer.

This unit is in a great location on the 7th floor at Phoenix East. It has a great view of the beach to keep an eye on the family and friends. It doesn't get any better than being on the beach! Location, Location, Location!!!

Perfect Getaway

Great location. Fair price.

Great location on the beach. On the quieter end of the beach prior to Florida. The price was fair. There is current refurbishing going in the building so you might want to find out what floors they are working on.

Good Condo

The condo was ok. It is an older place. It does need some updating…especially the kitchen. The beds were great but the living room furniture was not comfortable. However, as my husband says “you’re not paying for the furniture but the location and the beach”. All that was wonderful. Great pools, pickle ball courts, grills, and very easy access to the beach. I would stay there again.

Nice Condo but communication not the best.

We stayed in the condo for a long weekend with friends for our birthdays. The condo was nice, well furnished and and nice. When arrived, our ice maker was broken but I contacted the rental company and they came Sat. morning. Brought us 2 bags of ice and said couldn’t fix ice maker. We had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, which was stated in rental agreement. I just expected at least one full roll, which wasn’t true in the MBR. We had a used roll! Overall the furnished kitchen items were very minimal too- no scissors, no oven mitts and one dish cloth and one dish towel. Our only other problem was no welcome packet or instructions for use of the condo. We had no Wifi instructions to connect for work/ school, no instructions for tv access.., nothing. The lack of communication was problematic. And when we asked at the front desk, we were told to contact the rental agency for a wifi login code. We emailed and were told there was no login code.Fortunately, we talked to an owner and security Sunday morning and learned there was no code and wifi was open throughout the building. The owner told us to log into a neighboring unit if ours didn’t connect, which we did and it worked. There just needs to be better communication. I’ve never stayed in a Phoenix that had zero instructions welcoming you and providing important information.

Family vacation

This was our first trip to Orange Beach. This condo did not disappoint. The beach location was wonderful. Close to restaurants and shopping as well. Clean with great amenities. The beds are comfortable, the full size washer and dryer were so helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We are very insistent on renting clean and well kept properties. Nothing ruins a vacation like arriving at a dirty or unkept rental. This place get an A++++ in my book. We enjoyed our stay on 7th floor. Didnt use outdoor pool as the temperature of the water was too cold but used indoor pool. The ventilation could better as sitting in the room burned my eyes and nose. Area of condo was clean and the condo itself was also clean.

Great renovations!

Spent a 3-day weekend at this condo. Unit was exactly as described. Modern upgrades made this a very comfortable place to stay; love the balcony furniture and view! Clean, easy check-in and out procedures and ample parking. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Orange Beach Phoenix East 2 Bedroom Condo

This property was clean and nicely updated. The beds were comfortable. The building was also clean. The parking was easy with a truck. The location, near the end of the beach, was nice. We would be happy to return to this unit. No complaints, it was an enjoyable stay!

Wonderful Winter Vacaton

We enjoyed the comfort and location of the Phoenix 703. The gulf view from the balcony along with the great seafood and golf in the area made for a wonderful vacation! Looking forward to next year.
