Enjoy your dream vacation in this newly renovated beautiful and spacious condo with every amenity you could want. Enjoy spectacular views from this 21st floor unit that has been professionally decorated by award winning regional design firm, Designform. The fully equipped kitchen features quartzite countertops and backsplash, quartz composite sink, and the added bonus of an indoor Ninja grill. High end furniture throughout accentuate the relaxing neutral decor. The master features a king size canopy bed with extra large shower, whirlpool tub with tall cabinets for storage and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom features 2 queen beds and an adjoining bath. The third bedroom features 2 sets of twin bunks and an adjoining bath all decorated with a nautical theme. There is also a leather queen sleeper in the living room. A fourth full bath is conveniently located just off the hall with a full washer and dryer behind doors. The wet bar is highlighted by truly unique brass pipe floating glass shelving and antique mirror with an ice maker and plenty of glassware. All TV's are loaded with your favorite apps and ready for gaming. The farmhouse table dining experience seats 8 and 6 barstools are available for all to enjoy. As an added level of comfort, this unit is equipped with an iWave-R Air Sanitizer contained within the heating/cooling unit. iWave reduces allergens and kills mold, bacteria and viruses. To further the level of luxury provided, a remote control Lutron shade system completes the appointments of the living and dining room windows.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Great condo overall and stellar specific unit. We had a great relaxing week between the lazy river and the beach. The unit was well equipped in the kitchen so we were able to cook most of our meals. Fantastic views from the balcony. Would definitely rent this unit again in the future.
