Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Most beautiful condo and best property (Oasis)

This was a fabulous condo in terms of furnishings, ice maker, the 2 queen beds in 2 of the 3 rooms, everything. We loved the property and all the pools, the bar. Thank you for sharing your place with us! Allison

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time the rental unit was nice the check in and out was very convenient. Lazy river was awesome till Thursday then the kids took over. I don’t mind kids but these seemed to be very disrespectful. The inside pool and spas were not working which I was looking forward to maybe next year. The food at the pool side snack bar was good.

We did not stay here. When we walked in the floors were dirty; food, dirt, sticky and splash of stuff on the floor and wall. The furniture in the living room not only was soiled but very worn down. It has a bad musty smell. Overall was not very clean. This may reflect on the cleaning department than the property itself. But as for the place the furniture, couches were very worn and the stands and dressers all had scratches and marks all over. The walls had marks all over. Needs some TLC.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this room due to it having a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa was not usable due to the mattress and there were no sheets to it. We had to run out to Walmart and buy a foam topper so that we were able to use it and had to purchase sheets. That was the only issue I had with this condo.

Excellent location and property. Unit is overall nice with a couple TLC needs.

This is a beautiful property with amazing access and plentiful parking. They are repainting and renovating so be aware of inconvenience at times. The unit was a nice 3 bed 4 bath condo. The beds were comfortable and all in all it was nice. There were a couple small items that need to be corrected. For cleaning the rugs weren't vacuumed and had residue on them. There were a couple dishes put away dirty. The AC wasn't working when we first arrived. I turned it off and on a couple times and got it working. They sent a tech out when I called. He figured the owner had it turned off Via a remote connection. The couches are getting worn out and there is a lot of damaged wood trim through out the condo. The dining chairs legs are loose and a couple are wobbly Overall really nice condo and building. We have stayed in the building before and would stay in this condo again.

Great building, condo needs some updates

Building is in excellent location. Parking on same floor as condo. Carts available on each floor to assist bringing things into and out of condo. Marvelous views from building. Very wide hallways. If you are planning on spending time outside, building is great location to food, bars, etc. Indoor pool was heated (not to warm, but adequate.) indoor hot tubs on level 1 and in fitness center. The hot tubs were always busy. Nice fitness center. Weather was a little cool for use of outdoor pool and lazy river. We used it only 1 time, but noted that there did not seem to be any staff monitoring the children on the water slide or lazy river. Beach was right outside of building. Great view from balcony. Regarding condo: Large amount of space, nice bathrooms and bedrooms. No blankets for any beds in condo, only sheet and thin bedspread. We purchased some because some nights were cool. Only 8 drinking glasses of various small to large sizes in condo, plus 3 wine glasses, and 4 martini glasses. We bought plastic cups to use. Carpet was old, pattern made it difficult to vacuum(definitely needed to be vacuumed on arrival)Refrigerator did not supply cold water or ice, not sure why water/ ice did not work. Ice machine stopped functioning our last day, it is Flashing that it needs needs new water filter. Washer and dryer area clean, but both are very noisy when in use. 1 bar stool missing a support rung with pieces of nails sticking out from chair. All bar height stools have small tears in fabric sections. Both couches have stains in upholstery and are saggy. Dining chair seats very saggy. Screen door has a large tear down screen on handle side. Dressers very scratched on top. Televisions all work well. Internet and cell phone service can sometimes be spotty.

Very spacious, 4 bathrooms, comfortable beds. Only improvement recommended would be new living room and dinner room chairs and couches as they all had "sinking holes" from overuse. The facility was great for our grandkids and us. Would go back here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in probably 7 different condos with this rental company so we’ve had the best and now the worst, but we didn’t let it ruin our vacation. Upon arrival two of us had sneezing fits from the dust, check the fans about 2” of dust alone. My husband had to switch cords on the master TV bc someone disconnected cable? The fan in master is about to fall so please check on it, we left it off. Half the elevators seemed to work (typical though). The master bed was awful, hard on one side & no support with sore ribs from springs. Living room couches should be trashed, they’re flat, stained and filthy, even after taking off covers & washing! Kitchen lacked a K cup coffeemaker (no biggie but should be mentioned) and the dryer needs fixing or replacing. 3 dry cycles per load, so annoying. Kids beds were squeaky but they slept better than us. Dishwasher did not have a working dry cycle so all dishes came out wet. Refrigerator had a broken door drawer so we left it in wash room so nobody else would drop their groceries thinking it worked. And a first, the **** lazy river was GREEN, never has it ever looked so bad in our history of stays. I think we will stick with another room or go back to OB 2 as they are new with great comfortable furnishings. Sorry to knock this one so much but $6k in vacation money was hard earned for our annual family trip. Love the rental company just not this condo, ph West 2, room 1107. Please take a look & fix it up!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 7 had an amazing time at this Condo. The location was perfect, and the Condo was clean and perfect size for our family. We had a great time at the beach and especially the lazy river and pool. Highly recommend this Condo! The only downside was that wifi was extremely sporatic....not necessarily a bad thing while you are on vacation.

We were told there were 2 king beds in the condo and 2 queens. It is actually 4 queens and 1 king.
