Sleeps 6 - Summerchase 604 has been newly renovated from ceiling to floor. It is personally managed by the owner at a much higher than industry standard. As our ratings reflect we take a lot of pride in maintaining an immaculately clean unit and accommodating our guests. Unlike large management companies we do not impose numerous fees on our guests. We are available 24/7. We encourage and immediately respond to all guest inquiries and needs.

LOCATION AND AMENITIES: Summerchase is a low-density, family-oriented complex residing in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. It’s many amenities include: An Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Kiddie Pool, Hot Tub, State-of-the-art Fitness Room, Sauna, Steam Room, Grilling Area, and Ping Pong Table. It is the perfect place to kick back, relax and enjoy the natural wonders of the Gulf of Mexico. If you choose to stay close to the complex excellent dining, grocery and drugstore accommodations are within walking distance.
Orange Beach is known for its small-town atmosphere with blue-green waters that rush upon soft, white-sand beaches. It has something to offer everyone regardless of their age or interest. It presents an amazing culinary scene and water recreation (i.e., snorkeling, kayaking, swimming, sunset cruises, and dolphin adventures).
The nature enthusiast will enjoy the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail. It is within 3 minutes of Summerchase. It was recently chosen the top recreational trail in the country in the 2023 USA Today 10 Best Readers’ Choice Awards. It provides users with access to several distinct ecosystems and recreational opportunities.
For a unique shopping, entertainment and dining experience the Wharf awaits just 10 minutes or 5 miles of Summerchase. It is a little town of its own. It houses a marina (with a watersports outfitter) and an amphitheater where headliners are quite the draw.
If you’re looking for thrills, games, and family-friendly fun, then you’ll love The Park at OWA within 20 minutes or 12 miles of Summerchase. Situated on 520 acres and home to 23 heart-pumping attractions, fun games, and restaurants, The Park at OWA is the premier amusement park of southern Alabama.
Also within 27 minutes or 19 miles of Summerchase is the Naval Aviation Museum residing on Naval Air Station, Pensacola, FL (home of the Blue Angels and the cradle of naval aviation). The Blues often times fly over Orange Beach. You might also catch a practice performance during your stay.

ABOUT THE UNIT:
• Living area - Looks out over the Gulf - furnished with comfortable quality Rowe seating, accent tables, a TV (with satellite) and ceiling fan. The queen-sized sofa makes into a queen bed.
• Balcony – furnished with comfortable, quality swivel-seat balcony-height furniture. The table will accommodate outside dining. It is accessible from the living and master bedroom areas.
• Kitchen – The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops, dimmable and back lighting.
• Dining - The dining area is furnished with a family-sized modern farmhouse style table and dimmable chandelier. The chairs, bench and bar stools will accommodate 7 people.
• Laundry – The washer/dryer is large capacity.
• Master suite - The master Bedroom is equipped with a King-sized bed, Smart TV (with satellite) and ceiling fan. It has a large glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a handheld shower wand.
• Second bedroom – The second bedroom is equipped with a beautiful reclaimed teakwood king bed, a TV (with satellite) and ceiling fan. It is adjacent to the second bathroom.
• Second Bathroom – The Second bathroom is equipped with a glass-enclosed shower/bathtub combination.
• Linens – Bedding, bath and kitchen linens are furnished. Beach towels are not provided.
• Wifi – free Wifi.
• Parking – The property features open lot parking. Guests are provided with one parking pass. A second pass is available at an additional cost.
• Supplies – Each bathroom will be furnished with 2 rolls of toilet tissue, hand and body soaps. The kitchen will be furnished with paper towels, two trash bags, dishwashing detergent (both manual and machine). The quantities may not last throughout your stay.
