Our twelfth floor condo is up dated and equipped with all the modern amenities of home. We are located directly on the beautiful white sands of Orange Beach, Alabama.

Phoenix VII provides guests WiFi, two pool areas, Gulf-front fitness room, and a sauna to take you away. As well as tennis, basketball, and racquetball on site. You can also take advantage of our Gulf front location; join in a game of beach volleyball, schedule dolphin tours, and eat fresh Gulf seafood.

This was a beautiful place to stay for our 35th anniversary! We loved the large living room with recliners that swiveled to the ocean or to the tv! The sectional sofa gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our evenings together after our days on the beach and at the pool. The kitchen is very nice with everything you can possibly imagine in the cabinets! There were plenty of pots and pans, bakeware, plates and dishes, and spices. The small appliances were awesome! We put the ninja blender to good use as well as the Keurig. We did eat out one night, but it was so nice to be able to spend time together cooking fresh fish from the market and eating together. Mary is the owner, and she was super helpful and very quick to respond to questions I had before our visit. The property itself is a great location with direct access to the beach and a large pool onsite.

This was a great place. Everything was nice. It had everything we needed. The king size bed was hard but the other beds were comfortable. We were a family of 8 and the stay was perfect. It’s right on the beach and overlooks the pool. We loved it and will stay again.

Great vacation!

The condo was very nice and the kitchen has new appliances including a crock pot, blender, toaster, Keurig and coffee pot! We had eight adults and had plenty of room. The location is perfect. Host was easy to work with and answered questions pretty quickly. We hope to go back soon!

Excellent! The condo was right on the beach. It looks just like the pictures shown in listing. There was only a 3-5 minute drive to our favorite restaurants. We were able to walk right into Bubbas with NO wait time. Weather was perfect! Fall is definitely the time to go to Orange beach.

Very happy with the resort, area, beach & condo. Mary was easy to reach and very responsive. Had one plumbing issue which was resolved completely & quickly. Condo is as advertised, very spacious, very clean, fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen and a great view of the sugar sand beach on the Gulf. Would recommend this unit

This condo is in a great location on Orange Beach. Plenty to do while still being quieter than other vacation beaches in the area. This condo specifically has amazing views and a wide balcony to enjoy them on. Plenty of space inside the condo as the bedrooms are generously sized. Property manager was very kind and replied quickly to any question. Highly recommend this unit.
