The location was perfect. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The condo was perfect size for our family. Great view of the beach from the balcony and easy access to it. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Thanks

Beautiful Condo

This condo is beautiful and well furnished with everything you need. The views from this condo are great. It's the perfect condo to watch the sun rise. The only downside is the balcony on the beach side is starting to sag so we did not feel comfortable being out there, it is not the only one that is sagging. Hopefully this will be addressed before it becomes a safety issue.

Great Stay!

Would definitely stay here again. We've always stayed at larger properties and I love that the amenities and location are the same without the crowded lobby, beach/pool area and parking lot.

Love the Tidewater

Our room was wonderful and the staff was very responsive with a few minor requests we made while there. We will stay here again!

Hot tub was down for maintenance when we arrived. Once up and going, there was too much chlorine in the water. Burning our eyes, so we had to get out. One of the treadmills was also down in the weight room. Our condo itself was beautiful with a gorgeous view. Wished we had better weather, but we made the best out of it, had a great time. Had a blast on the dolphin cruise on the Sunny Lady! We will definitely be back.

This is the 4th or 5th year in a row we have used Beachball Properties to hook us up for a real nice property for a 3-week or 4-week stay. They have always been very courteous and friendly. They are really great to work with, and we highly recommend them.

Fun At The Beach

Condo was very clean! We did have issues with the TV trying to get the remotes to work. Other I would recommend this condo to anyone coming to Gulf Shoes!

Excellent customer service

Condo was as advertised.Several popped up during our stay and were handled promptly and efficiently. One of the issues involved the purchase of a new television and it was handled with few issues.Enjoyable stay.

Wonderful Condo

One of the best condo we’ve stayed at!

My husband and I stayed with my 2 teenage boys, my mom, and my teenage niece and nephew. It had plenty of space for everyone. I loved how there was a bathroom off of every bedroom. The condo and property was very clean. Also was so nice to have the indoor and outdoor pool and of course the best was the the beach was steps away.

Orange Beach Condo

The condo was just like the pictures, it was clean and comfortable. Only problem was the door code did not work upon arrival. Called the Beachball office and the were able to fix the problem in a matter of minutes.

Girls trip

Master bath had a couple issues, such as shower curtain rod close to breaking. There was some confusion with info received before checkin about chair and umbrella rentals.

Not exactly what I expected, but an overall good experience

I was expecting bunk beds in one of the rooms, but there was a full size bed instead. In addition, the balcony was leaning and made me a little nervous.

Results of week in Orange Beach

Upon arrival, there were four large air dryers blowing in the master bath...we found our there was a leak from the unit above our unit. We were not told and it took over a day to have the dryers removed abd cleaned up. After that everything was fine.

The unit had roaches in it which is disgusting and both elevators were not working right but one day of our stay. We have always had a good experience at Tidewater but not this time and we will not be back. Please invest in an exterminator

The location was great, and it's not a huge condo complex so it was not overly crowded. The condo could use an update, especially for the prices you are paying. The biggest issue was a bug problem in the kitchen. We called Beachball Properties and they were apologetic and sent someone over to spray the kitchen. Unfortunately, the bugs were starting to make a repeat appearance by the time we were at the end of our weeks stay.

Very spacious with a fabulous view

We rented this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with the expectation of having company during our stay through the month of February. That didn't work out. However, the two of us had plenty of space to spread out. It was a beautiful condo, although it could use a good deep cleaning (under the heavier furniture, etc.) The building's work-out room had a new weight machine. We spent many afternoons on the balcony overlooking the Gulf or taking the boardwalk down to the beach. One thing, we wish that the property managers or owners or real estate people would insist that there be no smoking on the balconies. I understand that's difficult to enforce, but several beautiful afternoons were ruined by the smell of cigarette, cigar and weed drifting up our way.

Was almost a great stay

It really was a shame that what could have been a good stay was impacted by roaches in the kitchen. They did send someone out to spray, but it did not resolve the issue while we were there. I do assume it was an isolated incident, as there didn’t appear to be any other reviews mentioning this. However, we dealt with it all week and had to throw out food multiple times. There would be roaches on the stove and counter within a few minutes of getting food out to prepare. It really was a terrible issue to deal with the entire week, otherwise our stay would have been good.
