There was construction going on the condos and pool. Unable to swim in pool. Limited access to towels and bath clothes. Condo was clean and nicely kept.

We have been to Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach many times. This was our first time at Phoenix. A mixed bag. First the place was great, great balcony overlooking the beach. Easy access to rhe beach. Main reason we came. The bad luck, got a text the day before that the washer in the unit had a recall and we could not use it. They did offer a solution, laundry service free with a 24-48 hoour turnaround. Not useful for a 4 day stay. We wanted the laundry to wash our stuff the night before we left. Also construction was being done and had not been completed in the unit leaving half the bathroom ceiling missing the drywall. Lastly for the bad luck, construction was happening at the building and we were woke up by a power saw at 6:30am on Saturday. The poor management: we were offered a deal for an extra day added to the front of our stay which we were fortunate to take advantage of. But i had already booked my parking pass prior and the pass was not adjusted. I would send texts to the property management but they were often unanswered or not answered very quickly. 10 minutes before check in I finally called and after a couple calls back amd forth it was corrected. Next, i arrived at the property and went to check in the room and the code that was texted to me did not work. Call back again, standing outside the door with our stuff. They reset the code, no apology for another inconvenience, finally get in and start our beach time.

Weekend getaway!

We stayed here for the weekend over July 4th! GREAT LOCATION for fireworks! They literally shoot them off right next door and they were amazing! Room is as described… had a leaky faucet that we reported but it was not repaired during our visit(I understand since it was a holiday weekend ) that caused a little issue in the kitchen. Bathroom needs an upgrade. But the room was great for what we needed and the mattress was comfortable and clean. Communication with Liquid Life was great.

BEAUTIFUL GULF COAST VIEW

This was our second stay in Orange Beach and we were so much happier with this unit than the last. It was clean, well stocked with necessities, and had comfortable chairs for out on the balcony (a MUST for us!) We will be contacting them again for our next stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, had what we needed, & well decorated. The bed was comfortable and the elevators were super fast! Our 11-year-old daughter said she enjoyed the complementary gifts, such as the lotions and soaps. We would stay here again.

Condo was clean and in a perfect location. Easy access, washer and dryer and had one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve seen in a minute. My wife and I love to cook when we are gone so this was a plus

Pleasant Getaway

Beautiful location with many amenities. We loved just sitting on our balcony and listening to the waves and sounds of children’s laughter as they played in the pools. The walk to the beach is short, and there are hoses on the boardwalk for rinsing off sand when you’re done. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect lil condo for a quick get away with and old friend. Only negative was the rental did not include parking and cleaning people knocked on our door at 8:30 even though checkout wasn’t until 10. Having said that! Super cute!

Accurate according to the pictures/description online. Loved the beach location - it provided less foot traffic. Loved the extra amenities provided free of charge at this condo! Staff was easy to work with and the condo and location felt safe. The community is very nice and located near fun activities.
