Inside, this rental features a cozy living area, spacious dining area, and a bright, well-equipped kitchen. This 3-bedroom unit has three queen beds and one king and can sleep 8 comfortably. When it's time to have some fun on-site, Summer House offers a number of deluxe, resort-style amenities including shared pools, a hot tub, sandy playground, tennis courts, sauna, gym and much more.

Perfect location!

The unit was beautiful, and the location right next to the pool and beach was so convenient. Gave the feel of a private beach house with the amenities of a condo. We loved being able to run into our unit easily to use the restroom or grab snacks and drinks. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We had a great time! Upon arrival, we noticed that the counters were dirty and the countertop ice machine was moldy - so that was a bit offputting at first. Beyond that, the unit was comfortable and a great location. We really enjoyed it.

Orange Beach Vacation

The condo was as described- close / very convenient to the beach and pool . It was also clean and equipped with most items in the kitchen etc for our use . There was , at this time , maintenance work on both buildings that closed part of the parking lot , causing some parking in the overflow lot across the street - our condo owner was not aware of this and was accommodating with our parking passes etc Overall , we had a great vacation

Great place

Location was great, very clean . Only negative thing I can say is the ice maker was broken. If it had been the middle of the summer, it would have made a impact, but this time of year, it was not a big deal.

The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately we found roaches in the cabinets and dead roaches in the floor. We reached out and they did offer to send someone out to spray. Our friends stayed at another unit in the building and it felt a lot cleaner.
