The spacious family room features a large flat screen TV. The Beautiful Gourmet kitchen has been equipped with many extras for the chef in your group(includes nice breakfast bar as well). There are 2 fold out twin beds in the living room if needed. Also, offers a large formal table that has plenty of seating for your family. Your own private tiled balcony allows you to dine while watching the dolphins play or just enjoy all the action at the pools/beaches. The over sized living room area includes a pull out sofa.

All three bedrooms have flat screen TV's along with private bathrooms. Your master suite features a king bed, and a luxurious bathroom, and jetted tub.

The first guest room has two queen size beds with a full size bath - the third bedroom also has two queen size beds with a private bath. There is a state of the art fitness center located on on the 1st floor - also, there are two hot tubs and saunas on the 1st floor.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. You are allowed two with this property. Passes are around $60 each. Parking is limited. This information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, please check with the building HOA desk to confirm price of parking.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay.

Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee. This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card.
