This gorgeous three bedroom unit comes with your own private covered parking place to keep your car cool while you enjoy the sun. Freshly painted in light coastal colors, this high ceiling condo is tastefully decorated with new bed coverings and wall decor throughout the unit. Enjoy the comfortable brand new living room furniture as you relax in the afternoons and watch Blu-Ray movies on the newly installed 65 inch flat screen television. If you have guests that will be using the new sleeper sofa, they will sleep comfortably on the queen size gel mattress. From the master bedroom you will be able to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean from your own balcony sliding door or you can lay in your comfortable king size bed and watch the wall mounted 42" flat screen television as you plan your next day activities. Each of the guest bedrooms include wall mounted flat screen televisions as well as full size closets for storing suit cases. Newly installed 55 inch television in the second bedroom with double beds. The hall closet with lots of shelves will be just perfect to keep those extra beach towels and accessories inside. The kitchen with its new black appliances, granite surface counter tops, and white cabinets has all the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils that you will ever need to make an evening feast. Don't want to cook a big meal? Then sit at one of the bar stools and enjoy your view of the ocean as you eat a snack from the full size pantry. The hot water heater, washer, and dryer were recently replaced to make sure your clothes will be fresh and clean when you want to wash them after your day on the beach.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Great family spot
We enjoyed our stay and had so much fun. My only complaints are the beds were seriously uncomfortable with the master bed making squeaking noises with every move made. The dryer couldn’t handle full loads- we would only dry a few items at a time. The people that stayed before us didn’t wash all their dishes before leaving and just put dirty utensils back in the drawer. All else was great and we enjoyed our stay.
Oh!! THE ELEVATORS!! There are 4 elevators and all horrible, some days we were waiting 30 minutes for the elevator and with an 8 month old it made it even harder

Great condo
Everything was clean and the condo itself was great. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but for a few nights it was tolerable. Not sure if I could sleep on them for longer.

Property overall is nice, considering the traffic from the beach.
Condo furnishings were nice as well. Tubs were not cleaned very well upon arrival. Sheets were questionable. Duvet & shams were horrendous on 1 of the beds in room 3.
