Beautiful views but some things need attention

We had a bumpy check in that was remedied, but did happen. Views were stunning. Hot tub on deck and grill are great. The rug in the living room is filthy and needs to be replaced. NOT the rug in the picture. ALL of the towels are stained and no longer white. Need to be replaced badly. The pillows in the master smell like dirty hair and have stains and need replaced. There wasnt a very good job done cleaning before we arrived; crumbs under the dining table, and we didnt eat there. The property is great. The condo needs some attention.

Snow Bird Getaway

Our overall stay was nice! The condo was beautiful and our view of the beach was amazing. It was very spacious and fit our family group very well. There was a few frustrating things that arose during our stay that did make it less desirable. The biggest drawing feature was a private hot tub on the balcony, however although the hot tub was set on 104 degrees, it was not fully heating up to that temperature and was not pleasant to get in. Since the condo hot tub was not working we had to use the main one in the indoor pool area. One other thing that drew us to this condo was the large master jacuzzi tub and the other jacuzzi tub in the other bathroom. However, on our first night when the master tub was to be used the jets, shower head and lights for the tub did not work at all. The jets in the other tub worked very briefly and then cut off. Not only did they cut off they filled the tub will build up and old mildewed water build up. I immediately messaged the host of these issues to bring to their attention and they did respond within a timely manor. Someone with maintenance was sent out to check on the issues. It was said that the spare tub was fixed but that master tub needed a part ordered and it would be 6 weeks. On the second night the spare tubs jets did come on, they cut back off and then once they turned back on they would not turn off. We had to flip the breaker to kill the jets on the tub. We were disappointed about the tubs but did not let it ruin our stay!!

Great!

Overall wonderful experience! Two very minor issues: grill didn’t work (bummer) and jets in the hot tub didn’t seem to work (tiny bummer). Otherwise everything was amazing/clean/easy!

Orange Beach Fall Break 2024 Go Broncos

Our family comes every year for fall break from the Rockies in CO! We love Orange Beach and making memories with our family and friends. This was our first time staying at Turquoise Place and we LOVED it! The atmosphere and amenities were great ! We loved the pools, activities and the bar area too. The condo was a great fit for our group (my family of 5 and friends family of 4). A few suggestions would.be the hot tub maintenance possibly communicating better and giving a heads up if it will not be available for a certain amount of time. There were a lot of bugs on the porch and in the living room. The big rug in the living room could probably be washed good and sprayed for bugs too! Also a few things like toilet paper , trash bags and a sponge would be nice to have a lil starter kit , fortunately I brought stuff from home but would be nice to have a back up toilet paper for 4 toilets . Other than that everything was perfect and we would and will definitely be returning to the Turquoise Place! Roll Tide & Go Broncos! -Busbee Bunch & Heugh Crew

The Perfect Place

Had a fantastic stay. The room was just as nice in person as it appears in the listing pictures. The room was large and very well cleaned. The property manager, Leigh, was very responsive to our questions and welcoming upon our arrival. I will recommend this room to everyone.

BEAUTIFUL Resort

This was our first time staying at Turquoise Place and this unit did not disappoint. The beds were more comfortable than most, and everything was beautiful! Pools were all very well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summer beach vacation

We had a great stay at 2607C. Turquoise Place has so many amenities for the whole family that other places do not. The unit was clean up on arrival, which is most important to us. The beds were comfortable and the decor/furnishings were good. The outdoor hottup was in good working order and we had no problems with it. The only issue was that the outdoor grille is in need of a good tune up or replacement. We made it work for us a couple times, but needed to work around a missing igniter switch and some burners that did not work as well as others. Overall I would recommend to anyone considering booking.

Turquoise Place

This is our 3rd stay at Turquoise Place and we have rented from different owners each time. We enjoyed our stay in this unit. No real big issues - had to buy our own lighter for the grill and mgt. did reach out w/in 24 hrs. I can just spend hours on the big balcony gulf front! It's annoying having the hot tub people come check it every day but I know that is a codes thing that mgt. can't do anything about. It's a really nice place and I'm sure we'll be back!

Nice Condo

We fully enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice and very spacious. There was plenty of room when we had family over for dinner one night. I thought the elevators might be an issue, but really they weren't bad at all. Everything was convenient, and we LOVED having the parking spot so close to the elevator. The kitchen has most things needed, but be sure to take cleanser for the cookware. It was not clean and needed to be scrubbed before we could use it, but didn't have anything to clean it with. Take extra toilet paper and paper towels. We enjoyed our stay.

Property was very friendly and helpful! Few things in unit not working, remotes without batteries, dish network not available 90 percent of time, bathtub jet remote not attached to bathtub. Hot tub wouldn’t stay warm once in use. Would definitely stay at property again maybe just different unit.

Unkept

The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom did not work. They knew it was broken but didn’t bother to let us know before hand. The shower head was not even attached. The jacuzzi tub in the back bathroom worked for a short time but when we turned it on the first time it was nasty. It was very apparent it had not been cleaned properly in quite some time. Maintenance came to clean it and it wouldn’t work again after. The hot tub on the deck did not stay hot even with the cover on when not in use and the lights in it do not work. Meagan, the manager, offered to let us check out early and refund the nights we would not stay. Stated she wanted to get it rented out again if we weren’t staying. I questioned whether she was even going to bother fixing the things that were broken and she made up excuses. The fireplace did not work. They did not even leave enough towels in the room for everyone. When we asked for more it took them a day to get them to us. I will not rent through Meagan at VRBO again. She stated their policy stated they would not refund for items not working yet she continues to rent without fixing the issues. I will rent through Spectrum directly next time.

Beautiful, comfortable condo

This was a first-class condo. All the beds were comfortable, and they had plenty of towels in the bathrooms and extra blankets in the closet. The resort is the nicest in Orange Beach. We highly recommend it for families of all ages.
