New cabinets, granite, tiled showers and new flooring. It’s about ten minutes from the Florida/Alabama line and the infamous FloraBama Lounge.The Wharf (concert venue also) within10 minutes. Ten minutes to the Hangout, 5 minutes to Coastal and across the street from the Hugh H Bryan trail, named #1 in the nation in 2024.
There are literally miles of trails for running walking or biking.
It has one king size bedroom with full bath upstairs and queen sofa bed and full bath downstairs. It is 707 square feet with fully stocked kitchen, books, games, beach toys, all linens and towels and a stackable washer/dryer in the unit.
We have four pools, one of which is heated as well as a kiddie pool. Tennis/racket ball courts for those fans are on second floor.
This unit is on the third floor, yes there are elevators with plenty of carts to load your stuff on to load and unload. The good part is when you get off elevator and go through double doors, it’s the first unit on the right.
As you will see in the pictures we sit directly on the sand and the walkway from pool to sand is about 15-20 feet.
I bought this unit seven years ago and I manage and clean and sanitize it myself being local.
