Very beautiful, comfortable single-family house "Villa Alpeza", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Dobreć 4 km from the centre of Lovran, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. Private: property 4'000 m2 (fenced), wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (50 m2, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 12.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 4.5 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 800 m, pebble beach 4 km. Please note: suitable for families. Residence with electric gates. Swimming pool with counterflow and hydromassage. Video surveillance of the driveway and parking. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival.
