The Dugout Efficiency 2 is perfect for one or two people. This is a 2nd floor efficiency apartment that offers a a comfortable living area/bedroom with queen size bed with a large flat screen Roku TV, full bath and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Outdoors is a beautiful area with a patio set and gas grill to relax and barbecue, as well as a shared on-site laundry facility. High speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) and air conditioning are standard amenities included with all our rental properties.

Perfect for Baseball Stay

7 minutes from Cooperstown All Star Village made this a perfect place for me to stay. Water pressure could be a little better in the shower, but other than that, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, was all I needed. The fresh bagels and other snacks as a welcome gift was an added bonus.

Great stay for ASV families!

This property was perfect for me husband and me while our son played at All-Star Village. Super clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. We ended up having a storm-related power outage, and though it put a major crimp in our stay the prop manager brought over a generator so we had some AC for at least a little while. Highly recommend for 1-2 guests who want proximity to ASV for a reasonable price!

This was a great place to stay especially if your in town for baseball. It was close to the all star village and only about 40 min from Cooperstown. Town was easy to navigate. Great place
