There is one bedroom with a full size bed on the first floor. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, all with a queen size bed in each. There are 2 full baths, one on the first floor and one on the second floor.

For your entertainment, there are 5 flat screen smart Roku TV's - a 55" (or larger) flat screen TV with DVD player in the living room, and a smart Roku flat screen TV in each bedroom. Just bring your favorite streaming apps and you will never miss your favorite sports or shows. There is a foosball coffee table located in the living room. The house is also equipped with high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi).

Church Street House is within walking distance to the downtown area of Oneonta for shopping and restaurants, and centrally located for all of the baseball camp tournaments.

I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, very convenient to All Star Village and Cooperstown Baseball World, as well as the local restaurants and shopping areas, and just 20 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Please respect local noise ordinances and quiet hours.

PLEASE NOTE: The Wilber Park community pool is approximately 1 mile from the house. There may be a fee for access.

There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
