This beautiful holiday home on the island of Krk in Kvarner Bay, in the holiday resort of Njivice, is located only about 200 metres from the sea and offers space for up to 14 guests in two apartments. Each apartment is modern and equipped with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen or kitchenette, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and a dishwasher. Some apartments offer sofa beds for additional guests. Sea view is partially available.



The outdoor area invites relaxation with a furnished terrace or balcony, garden and courtyard use, as well as a barbecue option. Pets are welcome, up to three animals can be accommodated.



The holiday home is situated on a sloping plot, surrounded by plenty of greenery, and is ideal for families, couples, or groups looking for a beach holiday, relaxation, or outdoor activities. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Njivice. Das Appartement ist schön, wir hatten lediglich zwei kleinere Defekte zu monieren… Wir würden hier sofort wieder buchen.
