Excellent location close to Omis. Great communication with owner. Everything we wanted in a holiday home to make a fantastic holiday. We were a party of 8 with 4 teens - the house was great with games room, pool and we loved the outside kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing Villa, Home from Home

We where greated by the host who was super helpful and friendly. We were left a welcome pack to get us started and lots of helpful recommendations. The villa had everything we needed and more. It was just perfect. We didn't want to leave. We felt at home the whole time. Would definitely stay here again

Perfekte und saubere Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Ich war mit insgesamt neun Personen für zwölf Tage in der Unterkunft. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, mit der Ausstattung, der Lage, der Sauberkeit und der Beratung vor Ort. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Besitzerin war sehr zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und flexibel. Wir werden die Unterkunft definitiv noch mal buchen. Die Weiterempfehlung liegt bei 100 %! Besonders ist die Sauberkeit zu erwähnen. Alles sieht aus wie neu! Der Pool wurde alle zwei Tage gesäubert. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und sehr sauber. Die Besitzerin hatte sogar für uns eingekauft, da Feiertag war. Luxus pur! Vielen Dank für alles!

Pure Bliss

The property was pure bliss! It is absolutely amazing and the whole family were wowed from the moment we walked to the moment we left! It has been furnished with all the luxuries and amenities you could possibly require, we had the most wonderful stay and will certainly be looking to come back soon!! Fantastic private villa.

Villa Stozak is an excellent and well maintained property, with great facilities ensuring a comfortable and relaxing holiday for all guests. The property has more than enough space for all guests to spread out and do their own thing when wanted and provides great social spaces for when they want to come together. The swimming pool, outdoor play area, terrace, cinema room, sauna, summer kitchen and lounge mean, with great technology, books, games and toys means that guest of all ages are catered for. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and with air conditioning throughout the whole Villa means that there is relief from the Croatian heat. The villa is in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle and traffic in the nearby town of Omis, but close enough to make use of the various attractions, shops, restaurants, bars and activities in Omis and surrounding area.

Great holiday

We had an excellent stay in this property. We had stayed here before (2007) and decided to come back based on our earlier visit. Mirjana is always available and always easy to talk to. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Omiš is a nice and small town with beautiful, quiet beaches to enjoy as well as many other activities. The house is spacious, comfortable and has everything that one can think of to make it a perfect stay, equipped kitchen (indoor and outdoor), big pool with spacious outdoor space, towels, and movie room. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at Villa Stozak was very enjoyable. It is in a great location for exploring and not far from great beaches and lovely scenery. The local restaurant was fantastic. The Villa is very well equipped and good value for money and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful and really helped us to have an enjoyable stay.

AMAZING!!!!!

The villa was everything we hoped for and more. It was luxurious, spacious, spotless and extremely well equipped .Mirjana was great, nothing was to much trouble and she gave us the best recommendations for things to do and places to eat etc...We ate at the restaurant in the village (Konoba Palacio) one night it was fantastic food and would highly recommended it.. We booked Barbara the masseuse on the 1 day we had bad weather, she gave 5 of us hour long massages which were amazing!! Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer, a few more days in the pool, using the sauna, watching a movie and cooking up a feast in the outdoor oven...... Perfect*****

Perfect family holiday

Wow is the best way to describe the entire holiday! Croatia is more beautiful than we could have imagined and the setting of the villa was perfect for peace and quiet. Only 10 minute drive from Omis which is beautiful and bustling. Mirjana's enthusiasm is infectious and local knowledge was brilliant giving us so much advice on where to eat and trips to take. Cannot recommend the zip line the Krka waterfalls but mostly the White water rafting with Mate enough. An unforgettable holiday in a truly beautiful country. Made perfect by Mirjana and her family for providing a truly outstanding base with every attention to detail more than covered. Thank you so much and we will be looking to come back next year.

Predivno mjesto za odmor, kuća sadrži apsolutno sve što je potrebno za uživanje, opuštanje i aktivan odmor. Blizina mora i rijeke Cetine sa svojim adrenalinskim sadržajima važna je poveznica za biranje ove lokacije. Također predivne biciklističke ture dodatan su bonus cijeloj ponudi. Erinomainen lomahuvila omassa rauhassa

Vietimme kohteessa viikon loman kahden perheen voimin. Lentokentältä matka kesti 45min, ja olimme saaneet hyvät ohjeet. Talo oli juuri sellainen kuin kuvittelimme, ja yksi makuuhuone jäi vielä käyttämättä. Kaikilla makkareilla oli oma wc ja suihku, joten omaa rauhaa oli sopivasti. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa oli erillinen tila kylppärin toisella puolen, jossa pikkukaveri nukkui omassa rauhassaan. Talo on laadukkaasti rakennettu ja niin kylpykalusteet kuin kodinkoneet oli merkkilaitteita. Jäähdytyslaitteita oli lukuisia, ja kovilla helteilläkin oli mukavan viileää. Olimme buukanneet Mirjanan kautta ruokatoimituksen talolle. Hinnassa oli aikamoinen lisä, joten perusostokset kannattaa tehdä jo matkalla talolle, tai sitten ajaa 15min Omisin supermarkettiin. Viereisessä kylässä pari kilsaa ennen Naklicea on pikkukaupppa, josta myös löytyy perusruuat. Uima-allas oli hieno, ja aurinkotuoleja riittävästi. Altaan yhteydessä oli ulkosuihku, ja erillinen wc oli piharakennuksessa...joten ei tarvinnut märin jaloin mennä sisään. Pyyhkeet saimme näppärästi pestyä päivittäin talon pesukoneessa. Isännät kävivät joka toinen aamu puhdistamassa altaan. Takapihan nurtsilla oli verkko, ja saatiin hyvät sulispelit aikaan. Useimmat ateriat ja aamupalat söimme pihakeittiössä. Se oli tosi hieno, ja minikeittiössä oli oma pesukone, jääkaappi ja omat astiat! Sadepäivänä käytimme myös saunaa, josta saatiin yllättävän hyvät löylyt :) Myös leffahuone oli hieno, ja erityisesti lapset viihtyivät elokuvien ja ps4:n parissa iltaisin. Naklicen kylä on tosi pieni, mutta kävelymatkan päässä oli pikkuravintola konoba palacio. Hinta/laatu oli loistava, kannattaa käydä! Omisin rautakaupunki on myös hieno, ja kävimme useasti biitsillä ja syömässä. Cetina joen melontareissu oli loistava kokemus, ja myös Bracin saarelle pääsee monilla eri laivoilla. Kaikkiaan tämä on loistokohde, kunhan vuokra-auto on käytössä. Omaa rauhaa, mutta Omis ja Split ovat erittäin lähellä. Mirjana miehensä huolehtivat meistä upeasti, suuri kiitos!

Lovely house near to Omis - perfect accomodation for big families

We stayed 10 days at Villa Stozak end of June with 9 adults and 1 child. The house is fully equipped with everything you Need and definately big enough for such a big group. We really want to highlight the friendliness of the hosts - absolutely amazing! They gave us a lot of good recommendations what to do near Omis. We loved the Massage and the shooko beach bar down in Omis. So if you are a mobile group that wants to enjoy some silence in a beautiful house Villa Stozak is definately the Place to be :-)

Rundum toller Familienurlaub

Es waren tolle Tage. Vom Empfang, über den Service während der Tage vor Ort bis zur Verabschiedung. Ein tolles Haus mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Pool wird regelmäßig gesäubert, generell sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Zum Wohlfühlen geeignet. Die Lage ist auch super. 20 Minuten nach splitt in die Altstadt, nur wenige Minuten zum einkaufen, shoppen, an den Strand, zum Arzt, ins Restaurant... viele tolle Kurztrips sowie Tagesausflüge an Land und zu Wasser möglich. Gerne wieder!

Mitchell Holiday Memories - High expectations exceeded at every turn - Superb Villa!

Villa Stozak is the perfect location for a fantastic holiday. Everything within the villa is of an exceptional standard with the added pleasures of a sauna, heated pool and the cinema room (movie night, EVERY NIGHT!) making for a superb holiday. The outside kitchen and dining area (that could be either closed off or opened up) was also a highlight and was a fantastic addition to a villa holiday. In the summer we imagine this would be where much of the day would be spent, relaxing and dining poolside. For us, in the cooler month of October it provided us with a warm alternative to dining in the villa itself during the day or at night for some variety! With its own fully equipped kitchen, tv and toilet, it really was a self-contained area where we enjoyed some lovely evenings as a family. Mirjana and family are just delightful! We arrived later in the evening to meet Mirjana, her husband and one of her sons who showed us around the villa and gave us so much information about where to go, what to see and how to make the most of our time. The only downside, was not having more time to do everything they suggested! A lovely, friendly family! We were also welcomed with a fantastic welcome pack with all sorts of gorgeous food stuffs from the local area, not to mention the fabulous homemade wine! The villa itself is in a quiet location in a small village and has excellent walking paths that can take you down to local Omiš on the coast, around the surrounding area or alternatively up to a beautiful remote church that you can see from the villa itself. Omiš and Split are within easy reach by car and are both fantastic places to visit. The village itself hosts a restaurant (Konoba Palacio) that Mirjana and family recommend. To arrange it was just a simple message to advise the date and time we wanted to visit and what we wanted to eat. We simply asked for Traditional Croatian to satisfy both meat lovers and vegetarians. The food was delicious and Peta the chef, a friendly and interesting man. A beautiful, memorable meal to leave us with superb lasting memories of the area. We would not hesitate in recommending Mirjana as a superb host and Villa Stozak as the perfect villa for that memorable holiday. Croatia did not disappoint (again) and Villa Stozak has set some very high standards for all future villa holidays! Thanks Mirjana! Great to meet you and the family love The Mitchells xxxx

Wonderful holiday in an amazing villa

We have just returned from two wonderful weeks in Villa Stozak. Right from the moment of enquiring about the villa some months ago, Mirjana has been so helpful and has answered e-mails that same day. In reality, the villa did not disappoint in any way at all. It is large, very modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Exactly as the photos show. The cinema room is just amazing and was used most evenings. Mirjana and her husband Vlado were always on hand to help and advise in any way they could. The traditional Dalmatian restaurant mentioned in the write-up about the villa is within easy walking distance and is excellent. We enjoyed two delicious meals there. Omis itself has a small Old Town where there are plenty of very good restaurants and it has a good atmosphere during the day and evening. There are good beaches nearby and the River Cetina offers many activities for the young and the young at heart!! We managed to keep up with the young people in our group when we went white water rafting but there are also boat trips on this beautiful river for those looking for a quieter life! The whole area has a lot to offer. Trogir is a delight and the Krka National Park is a must to visit. We are seriously hoping to return next year.

Beautiful villa with a warm welcome and access to a wonderful part of Croatia.

Our family of 9, ranging from 2 years old to 84 years old !, have just returned from a wonderful fortnight in the Villa Stozak. From the moment we arrived we felt at home, the owners greeted us and showed us around giving much useful information also. Everything about the Villa is modern , clean and arranged to make life easy. The pool was well maintained during our visit and the owners were on hand to answer any queries quickly. Our teenagers absolutely loved the new Cinema room, and it was a great asset especially for film nights after long sunny days by the pool or exploring. Many places to visit around Omis for all ages. - Zipline Omis was fantastic and definitely worth doing. Spoilt for choice when it comes to beaches, and for a day out we would recommend Krka National park to visit and swim in the waterfalls. To summarize we have a new favorite holiday destination in Croatia and we would not hesitate to recommend Villa Stozak for the perfect relaxing base and home. Thank you Mirjana and your lovely family for making us so welcome.

Mitte Juli durften wir (2 Familien mit 4 fast erwachsenen Kindern) wunderbare Ferien in der Villa Stozak verbringen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns mit einem Überraschungskorb gefüllt mit Brot,Käse,Schinken,Wein u.v.m. den ersten Abend versüsst. Die Villa ist genauso wie auf den Bildern dargestellt, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight für unsere Jungen war natürlich der Game Room!! Jeden 2.Tag wird der Pool am frühen Morgen diskret gereinigt. Wir haben die Aussenküche jeweils zum Frühstück und für unser Nachtessen genutzt. Mit dem Ventilator an der Decke war es sehr angenehm, bis spät abends draussen zu sitzen. Für allfällige Fragen ist die Eigentümerin immer per WhatsApp erreichbar, auch hat sie uns sehr sehr gutes Olivenöl aus der Region besorgen können. Wir können diese Villa nur weiter empfehlen!!Vielen Dank Mirjana und Vlado!!!!

Perfekt ist ein Wort, was man selten benutzt, hier trift es zu

Die Gastfamilie hat dieses Haus liebevoll und mit Herzblut für Gäste gebaut, so als ob sie es für sich gebaut hätten. Es ist alles vorhanden, was für ein Erholungsurlaub notwendig ist und noch vieles mehr in Top. Als Begrüßung haben wir einen kleinen Korb mit leckeren örtlichen Dingen bekommen und eine Flasche hausgemachten Rotwein. Der war so lecker, dass wir eine zweite bekommen haben. Das Haus ist außerordentlich sauber und gepflegt und genauso, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht und in der Anzeige beschrieben ist. Zwei Zimmer haben ein eigenes Bad, zwei Teilen sich ein großes. Drei Zimmer mit Doppelbetten, eins mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein weiteres zum aufklappen. In jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, eine Außenküche mit großem Steinofen, den wir fast täglich als Grill benutzt haben. Einen großen Pool, der täglich vom Gastgeber früh morgens gereinigt wird. Das Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei. Deutsches Fernsehen ist vorhanden. Das Highlight ist der Kinoraum. Ein Multimediaraum mit einem Beamer, Leinwand und einer 5.1Dolby digital Anlage stehen zur Verfügung und lassen selbst nicht Spieler auf der PS4 wahnsinnig tolle Erlebnisse verbringen. Die Gegend ist eher spärlich, trocken und ruhig, abgelegen vom großen Tourismus. Bis nach omiš sind es knapp 7 km den Berg runter. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. In omiš kann man in bestimmten Lokalen sehr gut essen und die Altstadt ist sehenswert. Ein Einkaufszentrum mit Wechselstube vorhanden. Man ist direkt am Strand und bis nach Split sind es gerade mal etwas an die 30 km. Trogir und andere nette alte Havenstätte sollte man nicht auslassen, so was sieht man nicht wirklich oft in seinem Leben. Ein Abschiedsgeschenk gab es auch von der Gastfamilie, welches uns jetzt immer daran erinnert, was für tolle Menschen es doch noch gibt. Danke für alles.

Wunderschöne Villa in Naklice

Wir waren vom 1. bis 8. Juni 2018 in der Villa Stozak. Der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war im Vergleich mit vielen Häusern die wir die letzten Jahre hatten, von Anfang bis Ende toll!! Man kommt an und es fehlt an NICHTS; vom Kaffee und -filtern, über Küchenrollen und Toilettenpapier, Gewürze, Milch, Mineralwasser, Fruchtsaft .....usw..... ist einfach alles da. Wir mussten nicht, wie sonst üblich, als erstes in den Supermarkt, sondern hatten direkt Urlaub. Sogar ein schöner Korb mit Brot, Käse, Schinken und eine Flasche Rotwein für das erste Abendessen war bereitgestellt und eine Schüssel frisch geerntete Kirschen. Das Haus war bei unserem Eintreffen so gründlich gereinigt, man hätte vom Boden essen können, was wir so noch nie erlebt haben. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig, was ein weiterer Genuß bei dem Aufenthalt war. Im Internet ist das Haus schon sehr schön dargestellt, es ist jedoch noch schöner als man es sich vorstellt. Für die Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit mit der Mirjana und Vlado sich um uns gekümmert haben, möchten wir uns ganz besonders bedanken. Es war eine wunderschöne Woche und wir können dieses Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße auf diesem Weg an Mirjana und Vlado Claudia & Charlie

Perfect holiday - absolutely recommendable

My and my sisters family (total 4 adults and 5 children between 2 and 15) stayed 10 days in Villa Stozak in May and it was fantastic. The villa but also the outdoor area is well designed, elegant, spacious and perfectly clean. It is obvious that Mirjana and Vlado put a lot of love in all details of the residence. Thank you Mirjana and Vlado for the delicious cherries, cake, wine and ham and - of course - for helping us with the flat tire of my sisters car! We really enjoyed our holidays at your place and had a great time! Best wishes to you and your famlily.
