In front of the dining/living room is a covered dining area for 8 people and outdoor table tennis. There is also table soccer in the garage area. The views from the whole property are of the natural environment and quiet neighborhood.
* The GROUND floor area next to the pool offers a stylish living area (42sqm) with flat-screen TV, A/C, direct exit to outdoor dining area and pool; A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (a microwave oven, a filter coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle...), a dining area with a table for 6 people, and a covered terrace with two chairs. A family bathroom NO1 (5 sqm) with a shower. A Laundry is in a separate room with a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing amenities.
