It is fully air-conditioned with free WiFi. Located in a quiet Lokva Rogoznica, with amazing views, only 3 km from crystal clear Adriatic sea makes this house a perfect place for a vacation.
This charming stone house offers free parking space. Just a few steps up the stairs takes you to the entrance. The entrance is on the first floor and it offers fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a pull - out sofa for two, flat TV, A/C and perfect sea view.
An internal staircase takes you to the bedroom on the second floor. The bedroom offers queen size bed, flat TV, A/C and pull-out armchair. On the middle floor is a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Es war alles super schön und unkompliziert.
Das einzige, was uns etwas den Atem geraubt hat, war die etwa 10 minütige, steile, kurvige, Auffahrt zum Haus.

Ausgezeichnetes Ferienhaus für Ruhe und Erholung
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Hausbesitzer Darijo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Blick auf die gegenüberliegende Insel ist einfach toll! Am Abend ist es wundervoll im Whirlpool auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und in den Nachthimmel zu schauen. Die Straße zum Ferienhaus ist etwas kleiner, aber dennoch gut mit dem Auto zu befahren. Wir sind trotzdem immer mit unseren E-Bikes zum Strand gefahren. Der Rest des Dörfchens besteht aus einer Kirche, ein paar Häusern und einer Taverne, in der man sehr gut essen kann. Wer also viel Ruhe in einem liebevoll renovierten Ferienhaus sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
Die nahegelegene Stadt Omiš mit schöner Altstadt ist auch zu empfehlen. In dem dort mündenden Fluss Cetina waren wir raften. Es war ein toller Urlaub!
