An Amazing Stay

A wonderful house, very well decorated and kept with everything you need including a heated pool and great sea views. Amazing to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the sun go down over the sea. Lots to do nearby and a short drive from Omis, which is a great river and seaside town.

Wir (meine Mutter, meine vier Kinder im Alter von 7–14 Jahren und ich) haben eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders toll fanden wir die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen, den großen Pool und natürlich den gigantischen Ausblick aufs Meer. In jedem Zimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht.Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Lage: Das Haus liegt ziemlich weit oben am Berg. Gerade mit dem Auto war die Auffahrt zum Parkplatz vor dem Haus sehr steil und etwas schwierig. Unten im Ort gibt es zwar ein paar kleine Läden, die aber recht teuer sind – für größere Einkäufe muss man mit dem Auto fahren.Alles in allem war es aber ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, den wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen würden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch Per, unseren Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Er war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Unterstützung brauchten.

Super Unterkunft, tolle Aussicht und sehr schöner Pool. Vir Ort ein sehr hilfsbereiter Hausverwalter. Wege zum Einkaufen weit und sehr anstrengend. Leider war in unserem Urlaub die Strandbar und örtliche Restaurant geschlossen

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, innen und aussen alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der beheizte Pool mit seinem angenehm warmen Wasser ist ein Traum, ebenso der Ausblick. Der Ansprechpartner Pere war sehr hilfreich und nett und hat alle unsere Anliegen sehr schnell und kompetent erledigt. Rund um Omis gibt es ausserdem viel zu erleben und zu erkunden. Wir empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter.

Ein Traum

Als aller erstes wollen wir uns bei Pere bedanken. Ein toller Mensch der jederzeit zur verfügung stand und bei Fragen innerhalb von gefühlt Sekunden geantwortet hat. Das Haus ist perfekt. Es gibt zwei Vollbäder und drei Schlafzimmer mit einer guten größe. Der Pool ist Traumhaft und ist beheizt was es auch bei kühleren Temperaturen schwimmen möglich macht. Ausstattung ist perfekt. Gnügend von allem. Draußen diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten die Hochwertig sind. Rundum perfekter Aufenthalt!

Fantastisch !

Dit huis is echt een aanrader: prachtig uitzicht over zee en het eiland Brac. Het zwembad is echt heerlijk: fijne temperatuur, makkelijk in- en uitstappen en zelfs een whirlpoolfunctie. Ontvangst en communicatie met beheerder Pere was uitstekend. Hij was bereikbaar voor vragen en regelde zelfs na onze late aankomst nog een restaurant. Het huis is verder volledig ingericht, alles wat je nodig hebt is er, en erg belangrijk: het is ontzettend schoon! Echt een topper !

Ein traumhafter Ort zum relaxen. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ein Traum. Der Pool ist mega! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist alles da was man benötigt. Alles sehr schön und geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Superbe séjour

Nous avons réservé en dernière minute et tout était prêt pour nous accueillir comme à la maison. Très bien située avec une vue panoramique incroyable,la maison dispose de tout le confort qu'on peut attendre. Elle est idéale pour se retrouver entre amis ou en famille, très jolie piscine et le gros plus : elle est chauffée ! Nous avons pu rencontrer le monsieur qui s'occupe de l'intendance, très sympa ! Globalement très bonne découverte, si nous revenons dans la région nous n'hésiterons pas à réserver cette maison à nouveau. Merci !

Nice stay

Thank you to Pere for the welcom at the house. He explained the property and gave us few tips about the area. The weather was not very warm so we appreciated the recently renovated pool warmed at 27 degrees. We had a nice stay with our family in this property. Clean and well equipped.

Schönes, in die Jahre gekommenen Haus

Schönes, allerdings in die Jahre gekommenen Haus. Der Pool muss definitiv saniert werden. Ansonsten findet man alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist mit allen möglichen Utensilien ausgestattet (außer Stabmixer). Ich möchte erwähnen das wir das Haus in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vorfanden. Das Haus bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Zum Strand sind es etwas 15 - 20 Minuten Fußmarsch. Zwei Restaurants und zwei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10 Minuten Fußmarsch zu erreichen. Wir wurden durch den freundlichen Pere empfangen. Das Wasser des Pools wurde durch ihn zweimal in einer Woche kontrolliert und gepflegt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Einzig der Preis sollte nochmals überdacht werden.

Atemberaubende Aussicht

Schönes Haus. Super Aussicht . Sehr gut eingerichtet. Eine sehr ruhige Lage. Weniger gut ist dass ein Schlafzimmer keinen internen Zugang zum Badezimmer hat, denn dieses ist nur über eine Aussentür bzw. die Wohnungstür erreichbar. Würde jeder Zeit diesen Urlaub wiederholen.
