The fully equipped private kitchen includes a filter coffee machine, and additional amenities feature air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, television, washing machine, dryer, and private grill. Families traveling with children will appreciate 2 baby beds, 2 high chairs, and shared table tennis facilities.



Step outside to your private garden filled with over 60 different Mediterranean plants and two 100-year-old trees, offering stunning sea and mountain views. The private outdoor pool measures 4.5 x 9 meters and sits beneath a rock face surrounded by greenery. You can relax on the spacious pool terrace with 2 covered areas providing shade, sunbeds, and outdoor furniture for 8 guests, plus dining tables for evening meals.



The property offers 3 shared parking spaces with a gated entrance. Up to 2 pets are welcome, beach towels are provided, and events are not permitted. Please note there are many stairs throughout the property, making it unsuitable for guests with mobility limitations.
