Cute house

House was super cute, comfy beds, fun game room. We came down to visit our youngest son at Offutt. The house was well stocked. Everything worked as expected. If we come to Omaha again we will definitely use this rental again. The management was amazing, very easy to communicate with.

Fun and comfortable

The pictures tell it all with this house. It had fun decorations and all-around vibe. The exterior of the home and neighborhood do not match the interior but we didn't really notice once we got inside. We did have a couple issues but the owner was very responsive and took care of everything right away. The kitchen had everything you could need, the entertainment options were fun, everything was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back here if we were ever in the Omaha area again.

Nice upgrade

The property owner did a good job of updating a small house. We enjoyed the game room and the fenced yard. It was nice not to have to put our pets on a lead every time we went out. There is one small gap in the fence so be sure to keep a close eye on your pets or children when outside . We didn’t take small children but they had a pack and play and high chair available for use.

Omaha trip

This home is located on the edge of Benson area and was pretty convenient for the places we visited (zoo and garden area, Benson, old town/river market). The neighborhood is a bit run down with some neighbors yards having overgrown grass. There was some broken glass and trash on sidewalks but the home was well-kept and the neighbors were no problem. The home design elements are unique and artistic. Beds were comfy. Small kitchen is functional with pots, pans, and cooking utensils, but bring your own ziploc bags, foil, plastic wrap, sponge, etc. and there was only 1 dish towel, unfortunately. Basement area with tv, bar, comfy couch, and shuffle board is a nice bonus area. We didn’t use the back yard but there are chairs out there in the grass. Pipe under kitchen sink had a leak and managers said they’d look into it. Overall, a good stay albeit a bit pricey based on the neighborhood and missing kitchen supplies.
