I was not impressed with the front desk lady. No personality, lack of trying to find a solution for our 50’ truck and trailer. She never smiled or made us feel welcome. The heat was not functioning properly, I went down stairs and wait 5 mins for her to come back from smoke break. Then she said she would come up and help. The fan switch isn’t working correctly, we had to switch on and off several times to get it to work. Pool was the best pool I’ve been in because it was cold. Hot tub great too. Thank you

The first room I was in the toilet did not work. The second room I was in the shower door handle came off in my hand as I was closing it. My second room also did not have a television remote. Finally I woke up to pounding/hammering on Thanksgiving morning. There was no information about calling the front desk. I understand being under construction but this was a bite much.

Not staffs fault. They are dealing with a bunch as the website shares no information about the massive construction happening at a red tagged hotel. Very disappointed. Ive stayed here multiple times and always had a good stay however this time, i asked for a refund. Not ok.
