Pleasant Surprise!!!
This is a gem in the heart of Ollantaytambo! I came here after having experience a not-so-well checkin experience elsewhere, but Meda at the reception was so kind and accomodating. The checkin was smooth, the room is decent for a one-night stay (as I did) and the common areas are so beautiful! Besides the great mountain views, I was more impressed by their service during my checkout. I had to leave way early to catch the train leading to Machu Picchu, which would have meant that i had to skip brekfast (included). In response, they Meda and her coworker prepared me a food bag with allt the essential for my trip. They didn't have to do that, but I was so glad they did.

Atendimento,Alojamento funcionários atenciosos.
Lugar incrível, perto de tudo, faz tudo caminhando até a estação de trem para Machu Picchu dez minutos, muitos restaurantes com ótimos Cardápios,fiquei 7 dias em Ollantaytambo voltarei logo mais, claro meu hospedando neste lindo hotel ❤️

Os habitantes sao atenciosos .
Hotel incrível, tudo dentro do previsto atendimento, funcionários super atenciosos,não precisa usar carro para nada faz tudo caminhando até a estação de trem para Machu Picchu ficar poucos minutos, vários restaurantes com ótimos cardápios o que mais me agradou dos 7 dias que fiquei em Ollantaytambo as pessoas do lugar te tratam com carinho ❤️
