Renovated accommodation near the beach

Typical house in the village of Fuseta, air conditioned, recently acquired and completely renovated. Located in a very quiet area. It has been decorated with extreme care with marine motifs. Distributed over two floors with an internal staircase. On the upper floor is the children's bedroom, and the master bedroom and a bathroom. The covered terrace is also on the upper floor. The living room, a bedroom and the kitchen are on the lower floor, as is one of the bathrooms. On the 1st floor of the terrace you can have an outdoor meal and enjoy the sun.
The villa can accommodate 6 people, preferably 4 adults and 2 children, and can accommodate more children if necessary.

The house was very near to the beach and restaurants but was in a quiet cul de sac. Well equipped and nicely decorated. the children's room was a very clever marine theme.

perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. This is a great little fishing village that is also well located for visiting other places nearby. The beaches are lovely and not too crowded. Everything in the house was in good working order and there was everything we needed for self-catering. Lots of restaurants nearby and of course the fish is so fresh and tasty!

Good value for money

My friend and I stayed in this very pleasant house for three weeks in November. The house is very well located for the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and the exercise area,- which we used every day. The house is very well equipped- especially the kitchen. A couple of issues we had were quickly and efficiently resolved by the pleasant, helpful and friendly Isabel. The only reason I have not given five stars is that in the evenings when we wanted to relax and watch TV we found a lack of comfort on the sofa. All other furniture was great! Despite this one thing I would want to rent this house again in the future. Many thanks for helping to make our sixth visit to Fuseta so enjoyable.

Lovely house good location

This is a lovely house with plenty of room for four adults. The terrace on the first floor was great for evenings although the spiral staircase may be a slight problem for some. Fuseta is a quite fishing town the location of the house is great for restaurants and bars being in the centre of Fuseta and a 5 minute walk from the railway station which has excellent links to towns along the coast from Faro to Villa Real on the Spanish boarder. We were greeted by Isobel on arrival who was very helpful. I would recommend this property if you are considering staying in this area.

Lovely local house v convenient for town and beach

A very pleasant stay in this traditional town house. There were only two of us but would be perfect for small family or two couples. Everything was v clean and we received a warm welcome from Isabella even though we were late arriving due to late flight. Also conveniently we were able to stay in the property until 4 the last day as they had no one else booked. Much appreciated.it was extremely hot during our stay but air conditioning worked well. A bit awkward going up spiral staircase to first floor so not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties though one of the bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs. Lovely traditional seaside town unspoilt at the moment. I am sure we will return.

Very clean place near the water. Highly recommended.

The hostess, Isabelle, was extremely friendly and accommodating. She took the time to show me the entire place and gave me some suggestions for area attractions. The apartment is located in a central area, great for visiting Sagres, Faro and Tavira. If you have a vehicle, there is plenty of free parking nearby. There are cafés, restaurants and a super market within walking distance as well. The apartment is very clean and comes equipped with everything you need. Excellent experience and recommended to anyone visiting the Algarve for a few days or a few weeks.

Convenient in town location

Our stay in Fuseta was great. The house was exactly as pictured on the web site. We were pleasantly surprised that the downstairs bedroom had hanging space for clothes as well as some storage areas. Even though the living room/dining room was small, it was certainly adequate. The washer is in the second floor so if a person has trouble with stairs that could be a challenge. The kitchen and baths were updated and lovely. Isabel could not have been a better host. The village was charming and we enjoyed the convenience of parking. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fishing village environment.

Great house , ideal location

Had a great stay at this house ( 2nd visit ), overall clean and tidy with everything that you need . House is more than adequate for a holiday away from home , area has plenty to do for all the family . Owners are most welcoming and gave all the information on the house that was needed, advised just to get in contact if there was a problem, there was none with this house. Will definitely be back.

Logement confortable et bien equipé

La maison de Laurentino et Isabel a répondu à nos attentes, nous y avons passé 10 jours à 6 dont 2 enfants de 8 et 9 ans. Chacun sa chambre et les 2 salle de bain c’était parfait. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la terrasse le soir et le matin au petit déjeuner. L’emplacement est parfait avec plage et restaurants à pieds ainsi que supérette à proximité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci à Isabel pour son accueil, toutes ses explications et son français !!! Nous recommandons ce logement !

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Da es jedoch fast jeden Tag Sonnenschein und Regen gab, war es leider verhältnismäßig kühl und feucht. Das schöne und super gelegene landestypische alte Haus war dann auch eher kühl und feucht...im Sommer & Herbst aber bestimmt perfekt! K&M
