The front desk is not open 24 hours. They close at 9pm. I was traveling for a sales event. I found It was difficult to coordinate my travel plans, the event hours, and the office hours. I arrived early to see if I could check in, around 1:20pm. There was no staff at the desk and the provided bell did not work. I had to call the hotels number before someone came to the desk. The room wasn’t ready but thankfully I was given a key so I could go straight to the room after my event. In the room I noticed that it smelt of chlorine, otherwise the room was clean.
