We booked a 5 night stay to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We contacted the general mgr to see if he could do something to make her stay special. Never heard back from him. They placed us in a corner room (#322) under the dumpster. Every morning at 7:30 we heard this God awful noise with machines and guys screaming at each other. I asked for another room but the lobby desk said the hotel was full and they could go nothing about it. They were doing movie shoots in the lobby several days and it was difficult getting in and out of the hotel. We’ve stayed at other boutique hotels in PB much more conducive to a restful stay. So disappointed because I tried to make my wife’s stay nice and failed miserably.

Beautiful experience hotel, the service is great, the staff is friendly, rooms are palm beach curated. Hotel accommodated our reservations. One small detail missed a vanity or seating area with mirror to glam up. Breakfast is amazing and bar has incredible craft cocktails to endulge in. Well located near all shops and great restaurants.

This hotel is my ultimate happy place. I’ve stayed twice, though this was my first solo trip, and I am leaving feeling totally refreshed and amazing. The place smells delicious, is squeaky clean, has incredible amenities and wonderful thoughtful touches everywhere. Trust me when I say you will want for nothing, and if you need something, the lovely staff will get it for you! You experience a true sense of place here - it really is a “Pink Paradise.” Can’t wait to come back in May!
