Great four season Lake house on the beautiful Fulton Chain Lakes.

Just 5 minutes from the quaint Town of Old Forge, which has so many great outdoor activities; hiking, kayaking, boating, swimming, mountain biking and in the winter access to over 1,000 miles of groomed snowmobile trails. Also just minutes from skiing a McCauley Mt and a little over an hour from Gore Mountain. Enjoy everything the Adirondacks has to offer.

The space is perfect for a large family or multiply families looking to get away for the week. The second floor has three bedrooms and one bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have gorgeous lakefront views. The living space is huge with a beautiful stone fireplace. On the first floor is the kitchen, another bathroom, dining room and two bedrooms. Outside the first floor is a huge stone patio with charming lakefront views, a grill, and a firepit. Sit back, relax and enjoy all your meals outside on the patio or porch (we had to remove the screens due to fire codes) while enjoying lakefront views. The basement is finished with a basketball hoop, tv, bar area, bed and table. It’s a great place for the kids or adults to hang without having to worry about anyone sleeping upstairs. There is a nice bar in the basement and its a great place to put all your winter or summer gear. Their are AC Units on the second floor where it tends to get the warmest, however we do not have central air.

There is also a dock area right in front of the lake with a fire pit for your use. When facing the private beach and the water from the street the dock area is to your right. Pictures will be provided upon check in. We have the boat dock spaces rented for the season so you will not have access to a dock space.

There are NO parties allowed here. Please bring your own drinking water as we are on a well. And bring your own firewood. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a person over 25. If you have a dog, please let us know. We charge additional for bringing your dog based on size and breed.

There is a strict no more than 12 policy. We reserve the right to come check if we get notice that there are more than 12 people staying at the property. There is a strict no noise policy after 10pm. Please note our neighbors are right near the fire pit. This house is not suitable for elderly or handicapped due to the stairs.
