In an idyllic and quiet location in the north of Olbia in the village of Rudalza, the vacation home Villa Speranza is only 6 minutes by car from the beach Spiaggia di Marinella (3.3 km). The beautifully furnished vacation home with spectacular sea view has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and can accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities of the child-friendly accommodation include air conditioning, SAT-TV and a crib.
In the spacious outdoor area you will find a beautifully planted communal garden with sea view, an outdoor shower and a partially covered terrace with comfortable seating and dining table. Here you start a beautiful vacation day with a delicious breakfast in front of a beautiful backdrop. In the evenings, prepare delicious meals on the grill to enjoy outdoors with your loved ones over a glass of wine.
Despite the quiet location, you can reach several restaurants (700 m - 1.5 km) after only 2-4 minutes by car. 2 supermarkets are also less than 2 minutes away by car (1 km). You can reach a bus stop after 500 m. To the historic city center of Olbia you need only 13 minutes by car (10 km). Here you can stroll and explore the old town and the port. The beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda can be reached within 6-8 minutes by car, including Spiaggia di Marinella and Spiaggia di Ira (3.3 km - 4 km).
