The apartment, located 5 minutes by car from Marinella beach, is characterised by high ceilings with exposed beams. The living area includes a bright lounge furnished with sofas, coffee table, TV and dining table, and a fully equipped independent kitchen. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, all equipped with wardrobes, one with two single beds and two with double beds. One of the two double bedrooms also boasts a desk and a large window with sea view.

The layout is completed by two bathrooms with shower.



The strong point of the accommodation is the spacious two-level terrace furnished with a relaxation area and dining area, from which guests can enjoy a splendid view of the Gulf of Marinella.

Diamond of Gallura, Porto Rotondo is considered one of the most exclusive places in Sardinia and throughout Italy. It is indeed a holiday destination for celebrities who stay in the facilities developed around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area that extends from the Gulf of Cugnana to that of Marinella. The reference point is the well-equipped tourist marina with 800 berths, but art and architecture also have fundamental importance for this locality inspired by Venice, whose houses with flowering terraces overlook the charming alleyways that lead to Piazzetta San Marco.
