It would be good to give the cleaners time to address the mold and mildew growing in the seams of the shower walls, and check to see if more caulking could be use! Staff was wonderful and very helpful!

Perfect For A Solo Business Traveler

This is a wonderful mid-range hotel. Everything was in a good state of repair and sparkling clean. It was blessedly quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful from the front desk, to the hotel maid, to the dining area attendant. They serve a good breakfast. The WiFi is unsecured, but it has a strong signal. The outdoor pool looked inviting. I was in Norman to take a professional credentialing test, and it was just the ticket. I will be back.

Received a phone call around midnight about noise complaints but our family was asleep. I explained that to the lady that called but 20 mins later she sends someone to the room. The gentleman was very apologetic and explained he just started his shift but was sent to check a noise complaint.

Great place to stay

Hotel staff was super friendly, helpful and attentive. Everything was clean and in great condition. The breakfast attendant was sweet and helpful. I have stayed here before and will continue to choose this hotel for future trips to Norman.

The staff are amazing, especially Jenay, day shift hotel desk manager. We are in our 60's and we really like this one certain room that we like and they are happy to accommodate us. The breakfast is top notch!! It is the best we've ever had at any hotel! Great parking. Convenient to interstate, but yet quiet and very safe. Staff is very professiona, but, yet Personal. The brown curly haired guy in evening shift was cool, too. Would highly recommend. A few small repairs are needed for perfection: (broken door, only one ice machine working). But those are short term issues, I'm sure.

Had to walk under scaffolding to enter door. Water pooling around walkway. Cockroaches crawling around in room. Alerted front desk upon checkout and agent apologized and stated he would call an exterminator. Disappointed to say the least.
