Great Hotel Overall

Second stay here. Bed is comfortable. Can't hear your neighbors. Rooms are clean and no sign of bugs. The grounds/ common areas are nicer than the rooms. Several places in our room, the walls had major scuffs in wall paint. I would think maintenance should walk these rooms and do touch up paint to keep them looking fresh. Ice machine was out of order on our floor which was annoying. Breakfast buffet is a standout. It's spread out through a large area so it doesn't get congested like other hotels. Food selection is superior as well. Staff here are friendly. Overall, a great place to stay.

I never saw and security but the area seem secure. Room was clean, accept stan on the carpet. The people at the front desk were great!

Had a major problem sleeping the last night of 3 nights, Children above us were running and stomping on the floor all night. The manager went to that room and it quieted for 30 minutes only.

I booked a deluxe 2 queen room. I thought it was a little small for the extra charge I paid. Also, it would be wonderful if you had added a few extra feet to the bathroom. I'm a first-time guest, and I did not realize the number of dogs that you accept. Most likely, this will be my last vist.
