The property and staff are exceptional. However, one downside is the visibility of customers eating and drinking alcohol on the ground floor at night, which detracts from the overall appeal of the facility. I will start by saying the staff at this hotel was superbly accommodating and polite. That being said, we unfortunately had to move rooms 4 times because all the rooms reeked of mildew/mold. Staff helped us find an open room where the smell was minimal. We were told that all hotels in the area smell like this, but that had not been my experience in the past. If you are sensitive to mold, this may not be the hotel for you.
