Had Such a fun time. So convenient with the lake right there and dining options. We were there 4 days and did not have to drive anywhere cause it was so convenient with everything there. Pool was amazing and kids were entertained! I would def stay again

Very disappointing stay at the Watermark Beach Resort. For the price and reputation, I expected much better. The pool was full of bugs, our room had spider webs and felt unclean, and even the high chair provided was dirty. The thermostat didn’t work because the breaker blew, and the fridge wasn’t cooling fast enough, which ended up spoiling our breastmilk—a huge stress for our family. On top of that, there were ants near the door of our room on the 4th floor. One star is awarded to the staff whom were very friendly and the area outside is beautiful which was the only redeeming quality of the trip. Unfortunately this was far from a relaxing experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this resort.
