No bathroom!!!!!!! Overpriced tiny room ! It says “ shared bathroom” no only the hot spring room which is for all the residents! A con a rip off. I am going to sue them get a refund. Liars. DO NOT go there!

It was a bit hard to find, as there are at least two places with the same name in town, but the inn itself is very nice. I was impressed by the room especially. They stayed open for check-in very late - 1:00 am- because we were going to be late arriving. Very flexible.

Beautiful modern hotel - near the mountain

My experience with etavia Yufuin has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff were absolutely lovely, attentive and caring. Helped with finding the best locations for onsens and where to eat. The communication was very good both via email and in person. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk or a short taxi ride for around ¥700. And the rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. There is an onsen within the hotel for male and female. Highly recommend!

お風呂が貸切風呂のみ、予約不可なのでシャワー室だけでもあればめっちゃ嬉しかったですが部屋も綺麗、荷物も預けられるし、静かで雰囲気もいいエリアだったので本当によかったです！受付の人も親切でよかったです！

개인 노천탕이 있는 방을 선택한 것은 아주 훌륭한 선택이었습니다. 그리고 이 동네 상점들이 대체로 문을 일찍 닫는데 로손 편의점과 매우 가까워서 밤에 배고프지 않았고 유후인 역이나 버스터미널로 이동할 수 있는 버스정거장도 아주 가까워서 이동하기도 좋습니다.

宿泊だけなので仕方ないかもしれませんが、ホテルの方が常駐していないのが気になります。裏口は21:00まで扉も開けっ放し。防犯面になんの配慮もないと感じました。裏口すぐのお部屋でしたので、部屋から出たら外です。施錠はしないにしても扉くらい閉めて頂きたいです。また朝8:00から1時間ほどブレーカーが落ちて停電。しかしホテルの方が居ないので気付いてももらえず、カスタマーに電話しましたが、そこから復旧に30分ほどかかる始末。露天風呂つきの客室も良かっただけに、そこだけが残念です。

まあまあ。

写真で見ると大きそうですが、プチホテルです。予約は、露天風呂つきの部屋でした。が、共有の貸切風呂もちらっとみたけど、広くて良さそうだったので、わざわざ部屋付きのお風呂を取らなくても良さそうでした。道路に面していて、隣にコンビニもあり、無料のランドリー(1台のみ)、無料駐車場もありで、キンリンコや美術館、観光メイン通りまでは徒歩圏内です。特に不満はありませんが、唯一の不満は、部屋のクーラーの効きがイマイチでした。まあ、この連日の暑さで仕方ないのかもですが…。
