The unit was as described and depicted in photos with an amazing view of the ocean right outside the sliding glass doors! A perfect location in Perkins Cove steps away from shops and restaurants and easy access to The Marginal Way walking path. The condo is decorated lovely and very comfortable. I would rate cleanliness as 4.5 stars for just a couple factors-couldn’t use the Keurig because the water reservoir was not clean inside and there was a used and slightly dirty kitchen sponge on the kitchen sink. Other than those 2 minor issues we were more than pleased with the unit and would definitely return again. I would also recommend a small foot mat right inside the unit to wipe feet upon entry as it had rained when we arrived and the deck was wet which made the floor slippery when we entered with wet feet.
