The property was nice, staff was very nice, the room was ok, we stayed in room 115 and it was spacious, but the paint job that was done was not very good very sloppy all over everything and the orange bed spread was hideous does not go with the colors of the rest of the room. Shower was very nice.

The room was very spacious, a lot of room to move around. The bathroom seemed like it was under repairs with a missing time near the ahower. Insulation was showing. The shower floor felt like it was going to give way in the middle. The balcony was out back was covered in dirt and pollen. Yrs i k oe it was outside. But IMHO if you know you jave people staying it ahould have been cleaned, the pollen was caked on. Not just a days worrh. But over all it was a nice placr. And a short ealk to the waters edge.

Nice place will stay there again. Couple of problems. 1. Room temperature was below 60 degree's F. upon arrival. Took till 2:00 AM to heat the cabin up. 2. Coffee was not replaced on the second day. 3. TV (Amazon fire) remote did not work consistently.

Overall a solid B. Was clean. Spacious. There were some minor electrical issues. Lots of scuff marks on the walls. And it seems like they ran out of money on the renovation of the room. Room just didnt feel finished. Staff was very nice. Would come back again.

Great place for a famoly to stay. We feel like it was an incredible value for what we paid. The rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly, and the place was clean. This will be our go-to when our family stays in Ogunquit.

Staff at the front desk were very friendly. The property offers a nice area to walk with a view of the beach. Cleanliness was okay for the basics like the shower, bed, and fridge but the walls all around the bed had noticeable grimy handprints. The shower definitely needs to be fixed. The water pressure was great but it was extremely difficult to find a comfortable temperature. The water was so scalding hot that it left red marks on my skin that didn’t fade as quickly as they should have. Very slow adjustments on the temperature nozzle resulted in major water temperature changes. One minor suggestion I have is with the refrigerator. The door currently opens from the wall side and the curtain from the nearby window gets in the way of shutting it. As a guest it’s an inconvenience but thinking as a hotel owner, it has the potential to be a wasted cost concern if it’s multiple rooms. If the curtain interferes and a careless guest doesn’t shut the door properly, the refrigerator will waste energy and food may go beyond safe temps for consumption. It would be a quick maintenance job, just unscrew the door and flip it!

I understand this may have been an off-season period for your company; however, we did find the room to be in an unsatisfactory condition. For example, there were leftover items such as a tissue on the floor and a dental pick near the table. Additionally, the floor needed sweeping, and there were visible spills on the walls that required cleaning. We wanted to bring this to your attention for future reference. Thank you for looking into this.
