On the main floor there is an elegant living room/dining area with satellite TV and access to a balcony with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the beautiful view of the lake, and the modern well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower. A beautiful wooden staircase leads up to another bedroom with single beds and satellite TV, and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. There is also a large terrace overlooking the mountains, decorated with plants and greenery and equipped with an umbrella, dining table, sun, a comfortable seating area, and sun-beds. ANNA stands out for the elegance of its furnishings. Air conditioning on upper floor. Parking spaces are available under the house. Guests of the Pachà complex can enjoy its beautiful gardens, an 18 x 8 m swimming pool, a children's pool and playground, tennis courts, and a private beach with direct access to the lake.

Great apartment, great view, and swimming pool, lake, resting area and tennis courts on this property grounds. Steep climbs on some parts of the property.
