I thought it would be helpful to be as detailed as possible with the pros and the cons. We had a really good stay! The location was perfect with great access to urban amenities but also a country feel to it. The layout of the home was very spacious and perfect for visiting with friends and family. The beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. :) The host was very helpful and responsive. We did notice although it was a tidy place, it did need a thorough deep clean in several areas ( dust build up in corners, on trim, vents and fans. The fridge needed a good deep clean as good items had spilled and the shower curtain had soiled spots.) We paid the cleaning fee and expected a deeper reset between guests, especially in a vacation rental. While the listing mentioned garage parking, the space was cluttered and dusty. So we ended up not using it. Aside from that, the kitchen was well stocked, the air conditioning worked great and the neighborhood was quiet. The host mentioned they would address the concerns. With attention to those deeper cleaning details, this could be a solid 5-star property. And we would consider staying here again.
