There were a lot of homeless in the area. The staff was great but there was lots of “activity” throughout the entire night into the early morning when we left. Did not promote a safe feeling for my family.

Lovely staff there and the room was comfortable, but it had a lot of physical damage to the room. I was charged an unlisted surprise deposit which I've never encountered before. Then i walk into the room to find damage all over the place. I immediately photographed everything to document that it wasn't from me. We'll see if they refund my deposit or not. If not, i will be VERY upset. Otherwise, my stay was fine. The early morning staff was exceptionally pleasant. I have more pictures then I'm posting.

The main road was like a race track overnight with constant noise from people racing cars and motorcycles. Bed was very uncomfortable. Will never stay here again!!

The staff for the most part was friendly. They did help us get connecting rooms on very short notice. Neither one of the TV’s in our rooms were working, so we asked for assistance. The TV in my husband’s room was unplugged, which he did not do. So the guy yelled at him. Don’t know what was wrong with my TV, but it took awhile for him to fix mine. Both rooms were filthy. The shower was the strangest shaped shower I have ever seen and not easy to use. But you get what you pay for and we were desperate. We were relocating 3 states away and needed a pet friendly hotel.
